Decent place, bit rough around the edges

Nov 14th, 2019

Pros: Room was like an apartment--nice kitchen, spacious bed. Location is good. Cons: HVAC sounded like a jet engine when it was on, waking me up in the middle of the night and drowning out any other sounds; when it was off, the whole place got hot quickly. Service was mediocre (for instance, housekeeping didn't replenish the cheap coffee packets they have in the room; then the front desk said they would bring more but didn't; only the second call to front desk finally got the coffee.) I'd probably consider it more for a trip with kids or something than for a work trip, which is what I was here for. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great Stay

Oct 23rd, 2019

Stayed here for 3 nights on arriving in Miami, hotel was lovely and clean, front desk staff extremely helpful, valet service was efficient and polite. Our room was fantastic, with a separate living area, spacious kitchen and even included a washer and dryer. We used the bar on the first evening and had some great bar food as well as a few cooling drinks... the bar staff were very friendly and helpful. All in all it was a fantastic stay away from the crowds of Miami Beach, I would certainly stay here again if I was visiting the area, and would recommend it to everyone. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

MIAMI FAMILY STAY

Oct 21st, 2019

We were pleasantly surprised by the size of our room, how beautiful it was and our incredible view. This hotel was exceptional for the price too. Very, very happy With it and we will definitely be back! Didn’t get a shot of the living area, but it was big! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Best hotel for families in Miami

Oct 19th, 2019

I have done a lot of online looking around before booking this hotel for a 3 night stay. We were not disappointed at all. Everything was good about this place - the rooms, the location, cleanliness, pool, valet service. If you are looking for a stay in Miami that resembles home, think no further. This review would be incomplete if I don't talk about Krystal, the girl at the front desk. She was so good with helping her clients. I put a request for a two bedroom suite with King bed and a balcony. I knew it was hard to get both the things, but she was able to do that for us 😊. Thanks Krystal!! We would definitely be back when we are in Miami again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Coconut Grove Hidden Gem

Sep 22nd, 2019

The Mutiny really is your home away from home. The rooms are spacious and have everything you may need throughout your stay. This hotel surpasses average hotel amenities. There is a full kitchen with appliances and even a washer and drying machine in the room. The rooms are decorated very nicely and are well maintained. Trust me when I say I did not want to leave the room during my one night stay, it was absolutely adorable and I hope my future apartment can look something like this! When creating a reservation, there are different view options. I highly recommend upgrading to the bay views, as it is a beautiful sight to see all the boats docked at the marina while the sun is setting. It is one of the best views Miami has to offer! The hotel also has a pool, gym, steam-room, sauna, and restaurant on site. I want to give a special shoutout to two staff members who showed true hospitality, Krystal and Raisa. The front desk agent who checked us in was Krystal. She was warm and welcoming and helped us with restaurant recommendations. I also wanted to recognize Raisa Fleitas, who went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable. She treated us like a VIP. If you are looking for a comfortable place to stay in Coconut Grove, I highly recommend choosing The Mutiny. The hotel is beautiful and very well priced considering how much is offered to the guests.
