Me and my wife were here about 2 weeks ago for a little getaway and absolutely loved the room. We checked in tonight, but didn’t get a balcony room. Luckily Jason at the front desk happily accommodated us! Quickly and with great service. This type of guest service is the reason we come back to places! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Stay somewhere else

When booking the room I asked if I was able to check in at 2pm, an hour early. I received an email from the hotel stating that check in was at 3pm and they were not able to accommodate my request. Totally fine, I am understanding! When I arrived at the hotel around 3:30pm I was told my room wasn’t ready and asked to sit and wait 15-20 minutes by a man behind the desk. Annoyed, but I waited. A women quickly wrapped up checking in someone and walked over to ask if I was being helped? I told her I was waiting for my room and within 2 minutes told me my room was ready? We booked a corner king room with a bathtub. The room was small. One of the robes was stained and dirty and a wet used washcloth was left behind in the shower from the last stay. When I called down to double check if my room was cleaned, I was met with several possible explanations none of which made sense. First I was told that that engineers were working on the room before we checked in and may have used a wash rag, then they said that the cleaning staff may have dropped it on their way out. Honestly neither excuse made sense as the robe was dirty and neatly tied hanging in the corner, and the used rag was wet IN THE SHOWER? In addition to these things the wifi in the room was extremely slow and the hot water for the shower was inconsistent. Overall the stay was NOT worth it and management did nothing to try to improve our stay. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Always worth checking out depending on price

Have stayed here many times. Usually book here or 2 others nearby depending on price that weekend (our damages for 2 nights were only $480). We like the location. Staffing is good. Of course you will be in a very small but efficient "modern" room. Have a free happy hour every night which is lively (we were out those times). They have gratis continental breakfast every morning - coffee, juices, fruit, and some pastries. Not gourmet but you save quite a few $s compared to nearby eateries. However, the eating area can be quite packed. Overall a good lodging although we had a burned out light and the shower had developed mold. Check them out. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Great location lousy wifi

Corner suite, great bathroom, great location and service was fine. Give the breakfast a miss there are lots of great local places to eat. I was there on business and it was pretty much impossible to do any work without properly working wifi, constant drop outs. Spoke to reception they were pretty resigned to the fact it was a common place occurrence in the evenings and that was that! If I was there on holidays wouldn’t have minded so much. Recent stay to celebrate my daughters wedding

My wife, extended family and I stayed at Nolitan NYC and were well taken care of. The thoughtful staff particularly Steven, Sherieka, Kaltrina and Samantha under the leadership of the GM Bogdan made the stay most comfortable. They are thoughtful, kind and attentive from your entry to your departure. We look forward to our next stay under the leadership of the great staff and location. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
