Beautiful hotel & AMAZING staff!

Mar 20th, 2020

I just can not say enough nice things about the staff at Magnolia! Molly helped me book my entire family there for our wedding and went out of her way to assist us with special needs and budget considerations. She was attentive and always in contact with us. Cynthia and Kyle were so friendly and helpful during our entire stay, we hated to leave them. Cynthia really made sure to check in with the entire family and was so kind to all of us. Jamise went out of her way (literally walking outside lol!) to check on me as a bride and ask if there was anything she could do to help, and it meant the world to me. The recent renovations at the hotel are gorgeous, and they make sure to keep it sparkling clean! We can't wait to go back! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Mardi Gras Girls Trip

Mar 13th, 2020

Was greeted with all smiles as I tried checking in early the day of the Parade. Cynthia made it happen within the hour. It’s close to Bourbon Street W/amazing restaurants close by. Cynthia and Jamise made sure everything was going good 2 days into our trip VIA text. The room was clean and a nice size. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Nice Hotel

Mar 9th, 2020

We had a great stay at the Magnolia for one night. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The bathroom was large. Great location. The iron was a little dirty- but that was not a big deal. Would like to stay here again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Mardi gras

Feb 26th, 2020

Stayed there for 6 nights. The room was too minimalist. No place to put your clothes except for a fue hangers. The phone was missing buttons and it remained that way even after bring it to their attention. Coffee was never refilled despite letting them know. Will not be staying at another one or ever. Absolutely Wonderful!

Feb 21st, 2020

We loved staying at the Magnolia! The location is absolutely perfect; close to the action of Bourbon Street but far enough away to get sleep at night. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. They offered us suggestions on where to eat and visit as well as helping us locate the trolly line that was running at unusual times and places because of Mardi Gras. The room was gorgeous! The building is old with high ceilings and crown molding but the modern furniture and fantastic artwork by local artists gave it a contemporary feel. I can't recommend The Magnolia more!
