Amazing room with a view

Nov 29th, 2020

We stayed for one night, but wish we could have extended our stay! We will be back. The room was extremely spacious, extra clean and cozy! We were on the 47th floor of the pilazzo towers so the view was spectacular! Every staff member was nice and courteous. The entire hotel and casino was extremely clean! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Nicest hotel and best service

Nov 26th, 2020

Absolutely beautiful room. Beautiful hotel. Tremendous service. Always answer and cater to your needs. One of the nicest hotels I ever stayed at. Very clean. This and the Venetian are the best places to stay in Las Vegas. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Wow...I was amazed..until....

Nov 23rd, 2020

This was amazing! This was beautiful and so gracious. Clean and professional. But, we could not sleep Friday night or Saturday night. We had to call security each night because of the noise and banging and music. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Nice rooms, few amenities

Nov 22nd, 2020

The rooms are spacious and feel luxurious. This was our third stay at this property, and it is lovely. However, this time they tried to double charge us for an upgrade--$30 for a high floor and $40 for a view...this makes no sense. Seems like "view" and "high floor" should be synonymous. Another complaint this time was that the room amenities were very lacking for such a nice room--there was no robe, just two plastic cups, two towels, a few paltry tubes of soap/conditioner etc. and not a nice brand. It really felt like they were trying to cut corners in this area. We did appreciate the little mask kit they provided, and the fact that masks are required in the building. However, we also did see quite a few people walking around with their masks on their chins or not wearing them at all and no one said anything. Also, indoor dining at the restaurants felt way too crowded for COVID. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

loved it

Nov 22nd, 2020

I’ve stayed at many hotels but the Palazzo tower at Venetian is one of the only that exceeded my expectations. I would love to come back every year. From when you first open the door the place everything is incredible. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
