The queens birthday
Apr 10th, 2021
Was treated like a queen. Will be back again next year. Very appreciative of the hospitality shown to me on a rare day off. Made for a memorable birthday. Stayed on the 17th floor and was given hearing accessibility. Thank you all so much! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

We have had the most magical time at The Pfister and look forward to returning. We were guests in room 1912 and celebrating a birthday. It was also convenient to our daughter who is an emerging professional resident at the Milwaukee Repertory Theatre. Advance requests for in room amenities, dining reservations and other accommodations were responded to promptly, and with efficiency. Time spent at the W spa was well worth it. The experience was magical and our therapists were exceptional. We enjoyed the nail salon, massages and facial from skilled aestheticians. So necessary and overdue. Our server at Blu was always friendly and a wealth of knowledge about the area. The property was conveniently located to all points of interest. Traffic was light and the weather cooperated well. 😎 The property is amazing in many respects and we were awestruck with the thoughtful touches toward balancing preservation and modernization. I’m writing this and have not yet seen our friendly ghost, but frankly really hope to miss! Thank you for your efforts Pfister hotel. We appreciate your space during this difficult time and value everything seen and unseen involved in creating this haven for travelers. NB TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

My family & I spent the weekend here for My Mother's 84th Birthday! The hotel was beautiful, with historic elegance. We love history & architecture so this was perfect- we stayed in the OLDER PART of the hotel with 5 floors, THE TOWER side is the more modern part of the hotel. The beds were comfy, the rooms & bathroom are small (as was the pool on the 23rd floor), but that is to be expected from an older building (late 1800's), our heat didn't work but we really didn't need it- we had fairly good weather & we were ok under the covers. **The staff were exceptional! My Mom had some cuts on her feet from her shoes and I asked the front desk for Peroxide, they only had wipes and I asked if they had any liquid Peroxide or Alcohol, and without me knowing the bell man ran to the corner store to get it, I couldn't believe he did that and I was so grateful (I would have gone myself), he didn't even want to take the tip I offered, but I insisted. This is the kind of service they give you at The Pfister. Dinner at MASON ST. GRILL was delicious! as was breakfast at THE STARBUCKS CAFE. Would stay here again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Finally made it here

I've heard about the Pfister for years and have wanted to stay here. No big vacations on the docket with the pandemic, but we thought an overnight trip was okay. It was a glorious time! First of all, the lobby is just amazing. So beautiful. My teenage daughter thought it was like the Titanic. The staff was so helpful and polite. We scheduled some pool time and were able to enjoy the view. My husband and I went to Blu for a drink and loved the little cozy bar and the magnificent view of Milwaukee. The room (we were in the tower) was clean and quiet. The bed was amazing. The Pfister is just blocks away from the lakefront and the riverwalk in the opposite direction. I walked for hours around the area and loved it all. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Great historic hotel in the heart of the Third Ward

My wife and I really enjoyed staying at this historic hotel. It's well located, and easy to get around on foot from here. The customer service was fantastic, and we could tell the staff had all been trained very well. We did have a mixup on the parking cost, but the front desk staff rectified it right away. We ate at Mason Street Grill one night (in the hotel lobby), and the food was fantastic. We had drinks that same evening at Blu, the bar on the top floor. Great for watching the sunset. We'll be back soon for another stay. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
