Amazing Facial at Salt Spa!

Jul 26th, 2020

Deanna gave me an amazing and relaxing Glow Start Facial at Salt Spa. It had been awhile since I had a treatment and this was well worth the wait!! Salt Spa is by far the nicest spa at the Jersey Shore. The facility is breathtaking, Lea and all of the staff are friendly and knowledgable and the overall experience as good as it gets!! I highly recommend! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Stopped in for just a quick snapshot

Jul 9th, 2020

Brett at the arrival desk was very welcoming and knowledgeable at the arrival desk, as my daughter and I just wanted to take a look around at the property. We didn't stay and I had heard so many lovely things about The Reeds that I couldn't pass not at the very least taking a peek inside. They left no stone unturned with regards to luxurious accommodation and overall our brief tour was very well informed by Brett. I could tell that while given the current challenges of today's epidemic, he was still excited to sort of "show off" what Stone Harbor should be lucky to have! I wish them continued success and hope to be guests here, in the upcoming future. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Caution: Shifty Bartenders - Outside Manager is Nasty

Jul 7th, 2020

My brother has a house in beautiful Stone Harbor. The deck of The Reeds has a nice vibe so a few of us stopped by for a drink at the bar around sunset. Bartender screwed around with our drinks, up-charged us and the “manager” defended this. He responded to our complaint like he was managing a New Jersey pizza parlor rather than an upscale restaurant & bar. He needs to go as he is either completely out of his element as far as experience and talent or is complicit with the bartenders in ripping of customers. By the way...I worked in a few bars in the area in my 20’s. I know what goes on. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Underwhelmed

Jul 6th, 2020

Spent 4 nights in bay view corner suite and was very underwhelmed by the Reeds. For paying over $1000 a night I would have expected a much better experience. The bed was awful .. thin lumpy mattress. Room was sparse.. instead of any art or mirror the only thing on the wall in bedroom was an electrical panel box! The balcony tiny with just 2 chairs.. not even little table. Hotel was noisey with doors slamming and hallway noises easily heard in the room. The outdoor bar was crowded with little adherence to social distancing. Staff wears masks but many of them need to be trained to wear it so it actually covers their nose and mouth. The concierge staff were friendly and helpful and the beach service is very nice. Spa services

Mar 6th, 2020

Stayed at Reeds Spa hotel. Had a massage and facial. From the time we were greeted by Jenny and Beth, we knew we were going to have a great experience. Deanna gave the best facial ever. Would highly recommend Deanna. For my massage, I felt Sherry did a great job although I am sore this morning. Will definitely be returning in the future. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
