Good Stay

Oct 15th, 2019

Good Stay but not blown away. When booking on the website, the resort should specify the resort fee, parking fee etc to be more transparent. Otherwise, service in the restaurants & bar were great. Food was terrific TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Amazing service

We love the Ritz-Carlton properties in general, but the staff at this property was extremely attentive and took care of all our needs. We arrived really late at night and we were able to check-in by calling ahead of time and not losing our room. We were upgraded to the Executive Suite which was just beautiful! The property is right on the mountain and made a great location for viewing fall leaves. I would definitely be coming back to this property!! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Mountain paradise

Exceptional in every way, from the friendly valets to an unbelievably thoughtful check in experience from Arron and Kayla. They really made our stay a wonderful one. No two better people for the guests first impressions! Didn’t want to leave the spa. All great - can’t wait to be back during ski season :) TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great location and room, don't miss out on the smores.

Overall amazing!! I want to give special thanks to Grant at the outdoor bar for making a special effort to make something special for my daughters. Andrew and Grant went above and beyond to accommodate my 8yr old daughters's food allegry and gives us an experience she will never forget. They even figured out how to find us GF marshmallows so that we could participate in the smores activities. little things matter I would suggest that the front desk staff be a bit more thoughtful about helping us check in. We booked one of you more expensive rooms and you placed us directly over construction. The construction was very loud and smelly--exhaust from teh bobcat made it impossible to open the patios. We asked to be moved and were moved to a room a few doors down. not directly over the construction but it did not solve the issue. we would have expected some sort of discount for the inconvenience. Again, staff went out of their way to help in every other setting. We would highly suggest this place. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

It was fine and self contained on top of the ridge about 10 minutes from town

Oct 1st, 2019

Our suite was fine and more than ample. We had a separate living room with a full kitchen. You could easily live here for a week and never leave the property except to ski to your heart's content. I think many of the suites are owned , but managed by the hotel. The view is better toward the valley than the mountain which over looks a ski lift that departs from the back door. One of the pleasant surprises was the free bus which you can access from your phone and will take you to town or another resort . Beaver Creek sure has changed since we were here when it started 35 years ago......having grown from a small out post of Vail to a huge complex of resorts. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
