Fantastic place in Denver!
Aug 27th, 2020
What a perfect place to stay in Denver. This is right downtown in the middle of it all, but it is also very quiet, so you get a good night’s rest. We stayed for two nights and it was such an enjoyable experience. Super comfortable bed and very spacious bathroom. We ordered food to the room, both breakfast and dinner, and it was served on a nice table which fit great in front of the sofa so we could eat comfortably in the room. The food and service were wonderful, and the steak especially delicious! I would definitely recommend staying here! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Stayed in Denver for the night

Stayed in Denver for the night, perfect location to get around downtown. Clean rooms, and friendly staff. You have to try the free root beer in their lobby! Only reason not 5-stars is the parking is somewhat confusing and it’s not clear when ordering. The wake up call is definitely worth the pick up ha. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Amazing Property for Anniversary!
Aug 2nd, 2020
My wife and I just concluded our stay at the Ritz Denver and had an absolutely phenomenal time. Patricia was extremely helpful and was able to assist in making a very memorable 6th anniversary for my wife and I. Patricia embodies the very definition of professionalism that the Ritz brand is known for. I highly recommend this property for anyone who chooses to experience Denver. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

I'm struggling to find something positive to say about my stay here. I spent 2 nights. The bed was comfortable. Yay. There's my positive! The first morning, I went to make my coffee and discovered then there were no coffee cups, creamer, sugar. Upon request, I got these items. It apparently had nothing to do with Covid, because I'm sure I'd have been informed that that was the reason. And they'd not have sent those items to my room. The second night, I got in the shower, got my hair wet and turned to get the shampoo from the little bottle in the shower - but it was only gel and conditioner. No shampoo. None in the bathroom at all. The toilet didn't flush....this got resolved. I requested a room with working AC. The temp in the room remained at 73, even tho I cranked it down to 60, where it stayed for the 2 days. These are all minor irritations. What wasn't minor was the ring of dust on the furniture, indicating that the furniture had not been cleaned.....and I'm supposed to trust that you're really being diligent about Covid? Ok, another "not the biggest ordeal" ever, and I was only slightly irritated by these items. BUT, the last night, there was a gaggle of very loud women who would not be quiet, despite being told by security and management at least 8 times....and I know because I had to call 8 times between 9:15p and 2:45a. I have a reasonable expectation of quiet decency from other guests and if they can't be quiet, if they can't refrain from slamming doors all night, if they can't stop running up and down the hall and yelling at the top of their lungs, etc, then I DO expect the hotel to enforce this quiet expectation. I don't want to hear I'm sorry over and over. I want you to do your job and do whatever it takes to get them quiet. The front desk clerk was ever so nice (I think his name is Marvin) and he was really put between a rock and a hard place. I commend him on his patience with these women and me, and his attempt to please everyone. I will never stay at this hotel again, and the reputation they now have has made me second guess whether I'll stay at another RC again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Reservation Confirmed/Hotel Closed Upon My Arrival
Jul 11th, 2020
Called the hotel the day of my reservations to confirm AND to let them know I would be a late check-in as I was driving in from the West Coast. The front desk representative said, "no problem". I arrive at the hotel and the doors are locked with no one in sight. Standing outside the hotel at midnight, I called the hotel's direct number multiple times and received a 'called failed'. The hotel website indicated the hotel was closed and would not reopen until 9:00 AM the following morning. Proceeded to call the Ritz Carlton general reservations number which directed me to a third party who did not have access to the property. I then called the Four Seasons Downtown Denver and was able to reach a live person with whom I was able to make a reservation. A five minute drive later upon my arrival at the Four Seasons, I was greeted by 3 staff who escorted me to the front desk where I was greeted by yet another Four Seasons staff member who asked if it were me that she had just spoken with. She then confirmed my room -- with a complimentary upgrade -- and checked me in. The Four Seasons is the epitome of professionalism and quality service. The Ritz Carlton just lost my business...forever. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
