Classic location, tastefully restored, reasonable price

Feb 23rd, 2020

We enjoyed our stay - we were in block 4 which was quieter, we ate at the outside restaurant and had a lovely dinner of tapas and live music in beautiful mature surroundings. Just watch out for the main pool during the day - definitely for posing!! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Ugly on the inside

Feb 22nd, 2020

If you plan on spending any time in your room, pick a different hotel. The rooms are dirty and worn out. Cracks everywhere, holes in the wall that have not been repaired. Hallways covered in plastic. Gum in the elevator. Pools, bar, and restaurant areas are lovely (although restaurant food is awful). The main pool is a great place to see and be seen if that’s your thing. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great place to chill in hot Palm Springs

Feb 19th, 2020

The hotel / resort is located close to the main road through Palm Springs. The hotel has two pool areas. One more family friendly, while the other has a bar/music etc. It's a great place to relax by the pool, or in the jacuzzi. The only bad thing with the hotel is excessive marihuana smoking throughout the hotel area. I know marihuana is legal in California now, but it seem that it is even more accepted than normal cigarette smoking in the pool areas/patios etc. It's really annoying. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

What a pleasant surprise

Feb 19th, 2020

Visiting LA from Oregon to warm up, but Palm Springs was the only warm option. The resort is real nice. Enjoyed the back pool, as it was very quiet and relaxing. The bar was great in the evening with live entertainment. Finally, the lobby decor was a favorite of my wife’s. Good times. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Dirty, smelly, bad gym, needs renovation

Feb 12th, 2020

This hotel needs serious renovation. The rooms are dated, worn out (my bath tub has been painted over 3 times at least), dirty (carpet is worn out and dirty, the drain in my tub was black with god knows what), smelly (maybe from my drain?) and the gym is terrible (if you’re serious about fitness you will need to find an external gym).
