Atlantis is a phenomenal resort! Many, many pools and water activities for all ages! Walk through aquariums throughout resort. Gorgeous beaches! Many restaurants (INC Starbucks) a must do for families... right up there with Disney! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Room service

Feb 27th, 2020

We stayed on the 4th floor in coral towers. We had the best Cleaning lady Estella Smith she was so friendly and did a awesome job with the cleaning of the room. Every day she made a different animal out of a towel for the kids. She was super respectful and always told us to enjoy our day.. she always had a smile on her face and next time we go back will definitely request the same room. The people are so friendly there we felt safe the whole time.. Thank you Estella for making our trip fantastic!!! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Save your money and get a day pass

This is my 4th trip to Atlantis and to say it has gone downhill is an understatement. Our room was falling apart - literally. The phone in the bathroom fell off of the wall and the privacy button fell off the wall. You could barely open the terrace - the door was off of the tracks. I am from NY and going to the lobby was not a Caribbean feel. It was chaotic, loud and like a mall. THE GOOD - The kids club seemed amazing. My daughter did the cooking class and really enjoyed it. It was worth the money. There is a feeling of safety - I was fine with letting my child a bit out of my sight which I am normally not comfortable doing. THE NOT SO GOOD - the service is horrible. I mean they don't even offer to help you take your bags to your room. The staff is just plain RUDE. We had a birthday and ordered from guest services - they unapologetically messed up - had us waiting and then sent a horrible display for a lot of money. THE BAD - I go to very expensive resorts and believe you should spend money on vacation. This is ridiculous - the food is terrible for a lot of money. Everything has increased in prices over the years and the service has gone down. The dolphin experience we did 6 years ago was personal and amazing. This was like a factory - three groups - an arrogant trainer talking the whole time. And . . . .you now have to pay to watch your family enjoy the experience. The pictures were printed for you before now you have to pick at least 5 and its $100 for a digital download - and they block you so you cant take your own pictures. The quality is HORRIBLE - its like a random person is taking them. Do not ask anyone for help. They are not here to help you. They are disinterested in helping you actually. The staff at Olives were really nice - the food was fine. Not great. Cafe Martinique - the food was not great and very very over priced. I will conclude by saying definitely go for a day and experience Atlantis but do not stay in the is overpriced falling apart hotel. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Different kind of resort

My sister and I enjoyed the aquariums, beauty of the location and family friendly vibe. Greeted by Ricardo, the very personable and outgoing bellman who called us by name the second time he saw us, we instantly felt relaxed and pampered. The Royal really has a treasure with Ricardo caring for their customers. A day trip to Nassau included the Seaworld Explorer, semi-submarine tour of sea life, which was one of the best tours we have experienced. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
