St. Regis means excellence
May 21st, 2020
No matter where you are in the world, the St. Regis guarantees a great stay. This is no exception for the St. Regis in New York City, the spaces are beautiful, very elegant with the touch of New England fashion. The rooms are big and tidy, however I had the bad luck of receiving a room that smelled of cigarettes. As I notified the front desk housekeeping took care of this scent, even though it didn’t leave the room completely the amazing bed and a goodnight sleep compensated for this inconvenience. The concierge in the hotel was very helpful and managed to get us a place for the restaurants we wanted to go in the city, the service overall was great as our five day stay. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Location and Service stand out

Recommended by friends, we go on. St Regis made our stay in NY fabulous. Location cannot be better, very centric and your right at the 5th Av! Good bars and restaurants are everywhere around, central park and museums too. Our room was comfortable, modern, stylish. Remarkable is the story behind the building. The architecture is phenomenal and we'll look forward to celebrate new years ones more in NY. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
One night of luxury stay

Could not fault... from check in to check out the staff were amazing, the room was luxurious with nothing left to chance. We dined at Astor court and then the staff reserved us a table at the King Cole bar on a Friday night no less! It was a bucket list night we planned during our month long stay in NYC and now I can die happy 😍 TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

We stay here as there was to be a conference which was eventually cancelled Unfortunately the conference was cancelled so we only ended up staying one night We arrived very late and the computer system was down. The young lady behind the counter got us into our beautiful room very quickly as we were exhausted. The hotel was absolutely charming and the level of service was excellent. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

The classic St. Regis New York which was founded in 1904 by one of the wealthiest men in America, John Jacob Astor IV a billionaire who died on the Titanic. The St hotel itself is wonderful. We were greeted by very friendly staff. The breakfast we had was always fast andexcellent. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
