Are you kidding me

Hundreds of dollars for the room and no wifi? Oh no, you get it for an extra of 45$. Ha, ha. This is exceptional, even for Las Vegas. 17 degrees all over the hotel. In my room I could turn it up to normal temperatures...and wonder what. Next day, when the maid came to the room she turned it down to 17 degrees again. Do they want to kill us all? Beauitufl hotel but stingy

Sep 22nd, 2019

Hotel is right on the strip with many shops and restaurants. Everything in your room is at minimum with no fridge, no coffee machine.. rooms are very spacious and clean. You are better off not using their concierge desk as most of the things are marked up. Do your own bookings and save money. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Wow but expensive

Sep 22nd, 2019

Wow what can I say, like a city inside a hotel. We stayed 4 nights and still couldn’t find our room. This hotel is massive and you pay the price for it. I know that you’re in Vegas but $6.50 for a tiny bottle of water is ridiculously expensive. Positives - the rooms which are suites, are very plush and large and the bed was the best I have ever stayed in. View wasn’t quite of the strip but nevertheless, view of high roller and partial view of Paris hotel. Rooms were immaculately clean and maintained and staff very helpful. Negatives if any, and didn’t bother us that much but will mention anyway, pool was very difficult to find due to size of hotel and once we found the pools, they were nothing to shout about and were very cold. I know Vegas isn’t about the pools. It when it’s 90+ degrees, it’s nice to cool off somewhere nice. Would be nice to have a kettle in room as we Brit’s love a cuppa when we wake. Would definitely return to this hotel. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Five star facilities, two star policies

Sep 22nd, 2019

A five star facility that tries to grab your money at every turn. Diabolical TV system that tries to sell you a movie when you only want to watch regular TV; no free water in rooms; refrigerator configures so that you cannot use it for your own things; WIFI that does not utilize modern day encryption TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Excellent as always! Cleanliness, service and room were spotless, reception and concierge services could not be more helpful. Everything you need is available within the hotel. Looking forward to our next stay! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
