5 stars for Francisco, my van driver this evening. He greeted me at the airport within minutes of my call. He was friendly and informative regarding the hotel amenities during COVID and Van times the following day. Excellent service all around. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

The hotel was very nice and we slept great. Mr. H. Biza went far out of his way to deliver excellent service helping us to find and driving us to and back from a local eatery. Will definitely be staying here again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

At first I wasn’t going to post a review because it may be a bit unfair to give a negative rating when all businesses are struggling to adjust to a new way of customer service during this pandemic. However, if you are one of the few who are fortunate enough to reopen and have paying customers, then give them your best! Let me start with the front desk advised us at check in that normal services like daily cleaning was not to be expected. Also that it may take a few minutes for the hot water to kick in since the facility was at such a low capacity since COVID began. The hotel decor, furnishings and grounds are all beautiful. The room appeared clean and comfortable when we arrived. Then I started to notice little things like the tv remote didn’t work, there was only one wash cloth and no hand soap in the bathroom. After the second call to the front desk someone came up with a new remote and we made a quick run to Target for our travel necessities. We ordered drinks and food at the hotel bar shortly after arrival. The cocktails were weak and served in small 4oz juice glasses. The chicken club sandwich was ok but my husband had to send back his med/well burger because it was still oozing blood. We attended our cousins wedding and reception held in the banquet/conference center. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The banquet hall was really nice and the food was good! Got back to our room afterwards expecting at least a fresh supply of towels. Nada. It wasn’t until we were packing up to leave on day 3 that I noticed some really foul issues. Trash was left from previous guest under the chaise lounger. When I pulled the comforter and sheets back to be sure we weren’t leaving anything behind, I saw the nastiest bed stains! My husband thinks I’m a germaphobe goofball because I usually check for stuff like this when 1st entering a room but now he agrees that I’m RIGHT in doing so! I thank God it was on his side of the bed! Looks like someone used the fitted sheet for their dinner napkin or worse their toilet paper! Not cleaning the room and changing the sheets is laziness, not a result of COVID 19. Needles to say I did NOT leave a tip on the nightstand. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great hotel and great service close to BWI

I’ve been staying for months in this hotel for business travels and i really like it here. The upgraded rooms and clean lobby and good lounge are really great.aslo the service at the lounge is good especially with Ana helping out. Overall great hotel close to the BWI airport. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
