The Westin is always top notch. Service is world class and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Despite all the construction of a growing city getting to the Westin was simple enough. Parking is a bit pricey but that is with most of hotel parking in Uptown Charlotte. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Hotel looked nice and clean. Customer service was fine. I was sorely disappointed that The Westin didn’t have a microwave in room (had a fridge). Little sleep one night due to party next door. After about 4 calls to front desk, I was told that I could move to another room (about 1am). This hotel was not what I expected. I should have stuck with my chain of hotels that I normally visit. I wanted more upscale because I thought service would be better, but this one was a little disappointing for me. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

I promise, the best customer service I've ever had. Room is proper but clientele are top notch. Showers win you over. Everything and everyone have been awesome. Find it on price line. It is a steal. Ask for Valerie. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
You are paying soley for the brand name, the quality of their standard rooms are the equivalent of a microtel by wyndham

Please do your research before booking and before paying at the property, they have no amenities, they are price gouging and will assess erroneous charges to your final bill. Their customer service skills are subpar, the Front Office director Jennifer Arena is impersonal and seems to be very unhappy with her job, that is the impression she gave me during out interaction. Worst hotel stay ever

Absolutely the worst! We stayed for 5 nights for a convention. The room vibrated and shook from 9-4 each day because of construction. I tried to work out of the room, but, couldn't even talk on the phone because of it. The manager offered a conference room for me to work out of, as well as 5,000 Marriott points. 5000 Marriott points get's me nothing. So, I guess you pay $250 plus a night, but, have to leave your room for quiet? I asked if I was the only person complaining and she said they have only had a few complaints but, on the weekend is when there are more complaints. Why do they continue to put people underneath the construction? SERVICE/MANAGEMENT IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Choose Hilton. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
