Feb 26th, 2020

The Westin Dawn & Spa hasn't been rebuilt from Irma. We stayed in the time share which were rebuilt. All brand new furniture and appliances The pool was fine and the beachfront was excellent The staff was very friendly and TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

beautiful accommodations

Feb 16th, 2020

Westin Dawn Beach is being rebuilt. they are doing a great job. 3 bedroom apts are new and have 2 bathrooms and washer/dryer in the apt. we stayed in D building which was not easy with 2 toddlers as it is a walk with steps to the pool and beach. building A is better in that situation. having said that the staff was so friendly and helpful and the pool is beautiful and the beach is great Both are family friendly. the poolside bar is great with light food available. fish tacos were amazing. the staff at the car were so friendly and helpful and really tried to accommodate my family. they were beginning to serve coffee at pool bar and were supposed to begin breakfast service next week. what's missing is a basic market with bread, eggs and milk- basic necessities you need a car to get to any restaurant or supermarket. a lot different than simpson bay which has restaurants and markets usually walking distance. i will definitely stay there again if my grandchildren and family travel with me. it's one of the best family friendly 3 bedroom units on the island. the only reason i am giving it 4 stars and not 5 is because of the lack of market on premises and there were no options for breakfast or coffee when we were there hopefully these will be added in the near future TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Dawn Beach Club. Westin is closed...

Feb 11th, 2020

We used a timeshare getaway to stay at dawn beach club. It was not as advertised. The Westin is closed, so no spa, no casino limited amenities. Just wasn't what we were expecting as all these amenities were listed on our timeshare website and we didn't find out they weren't available until we got there. The pool was nice and the beach wasn't crowded. The waves were very strong and too much for our children: 3 year olds. The rooms were outstanding thankfully as the rest of the amenities were lacking. This is the TimeShare you want to get

Feb 10th, 2020

I own three TimeShares and am very happy with one of them, not so happy with another but I'm delighted with my TimeShare at Westin Dawn Beach Resort & Spa. It's a beautiful resort - fully restored after Hurricane Irma. They spared no expense in doing so. Unlike most TimeShares, these units were intended to be apartments so they are spacious, with a full kitchen, full-size washer and dryer in their own laundry room, and lots of storage space in all three bedrooms. And, the staff is the best around; so friendly and helpful. If you're in the market for a TimeShare, this is the one you want to get! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Not a family resort

Feb 6th, 2020

We came here for the first time with our 8 month old child and were sadly disappointed with how the resort offers nothing for families. Elevators are broken so you must carry your child and stroller up and down stairs including in the pool area. We were advised pool floaties were not allowed in the pool. Say what!? The pool was completely empty during peak hours due to this. No service at the pool taking drink/food orders. No activities during the day or evening. After 5 pm it is a ghost town. It’s been 3 years since the hurricane and they have done the very minimum to try and attract people and do nothing to keep time share owners happy. Will not be coming back! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
