Beautiful and Relaxing Hotel

Sep 14th, 2020

If your looking for a beautiful and relaxing hotel, this is the one! The condo's are spacious and comfortable and all the staff are so friendly. I even caught one staff member's whistling to music in the pool area...it's such a happy vibe here! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Best Stay Ever! Thanks Erika

Sep 11th, 2020

I travel a lot for work. Mostly At Hilton properties. The property grounds were very clean. When I walked into the resort I was pleasantly surprised. For anyone traveling during this pandemic you will feel safe and comfortable at this resort. They are following all safety procedures. I was greeted by Erika, WOW what an inviting personality. Before I approached the desk she sanitized the entire area after the other guest checked in. she made me feel comfortable, she went above an beyond. I will return to this hotel on my next business trip. FYI... my latte was amazing 😊 TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Beautiful Property But Not Our Favorite Hilton Grand......

Jul 28th, 2020

Let me begin by saying that this is a beautiful property with a wonderfully accommodating staff and modern decor but if you're the type who wants all the comforts of home on your vacation, this particular Hilton Grand may not be the best choice. Although we (my husband and I) had requested an upgrade through RCI to a larger unit when booking this property, we were assigned a 1BR as originally requested (although it was very apparent the property was not at full capacity). The room is beautifully decorated but there is no dresser in the BR nor is there ample counter space in the kitchen area. We are in Florida for more than two weeks @Las Palmeras for one week and another resort for the second week. Here, there are not enough hangers and not enough drawer space.....clothing has to remain in suitcases and cooking in the room is a huge challenge......no prep space or enough cabinet space to house ingredients for meals. As a Hilton Honors Member I would absolutely choose this property for a Business Extended Stay but not for another personal travel vacation. Having stayed at both, Tuscany and Sea World Hilton Grand's are better suited for our needs. Be prepared for a hefty parking fee ($18/Day) with no options for offsite parking. The parking garage is nice but when paying a $25/Day resort fee you'd think maybe the parking would be included, especially for Hilton Honors Members. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

They sell your information

Jul 26th, 2020

We visited Las Palmeras though a timeshare presentation special. As I previously reviewed, we were happy with the hotels itself. However, we have had calls from 5 different companies since, stating " due to your great experience Marriott, Hilton and Four seasons or RCI....then a sales pitch.. It is bordering on harassment. We stayed in Sept 2019 and I got my last call July 24th. If you don't mind these calls, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here on the cheap and enjoy the stay. But be warned. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Excellent Service and Lovely Residence

Jun 28th, 2020

My wife and I took our four children to Las Palmeras for the third week in June 2020, about three weeks after their reopening. Manager Erika worked tirelessly for a week to be available for questions and offer ways the team could make this an unforgettable week. We had a two bedroom+ suite with a great balcony for meals at home; plenty of room for the six of us to spread out. The resort is spotless and they ensured cleanliness and safety. The pool area, splash pad, and two-story water slide were managed by Tyler and the activities team. They were constantly touching base with water, towels, and pool amenities. From the custom-made coloring books, to the check-ins to make sure all was great, to the ideas for things to do from Joe, the Las Palmeras staff made a great resort like a visit with family. Our kids are already planning our next visit to our Orlando "home"! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
