Great stay at classy resort. Spacious apartment vacation rental with more than enough amenities. Loved every minute we were there. Not only was it a comfortable stay, but the customer service was also top notch. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
You cancelled our reservation weeks after it was booked-Please forward to General Manger

We booked a reservation for Jul 23-26 through your marketing company. About three weeks later, a representative called and said they had made an error and had to cancel our reservation. I asked several questions and was told they would get back to me in 72 hours. Eight days later we got email confirmations on Jun 28-30 saying our reservations were confirmed. On Jul 2, we were contacted by the marketing company stating that our reservations were indeed cancelled. I called the Villas and all of the confirmation numbers had been deleted from your system. I am trying to salvage the family vacation by moving it to Desert Willows. I haven't heard back from them yet. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Not like a real Westin.
Jun 29th, 2020
We saw this place on the Marriott Bonvoy app and decided to reserve for two nights. The rooms are essentially one bedroom efficiency apartments within a collection of separate buildings next to a golf course. The room was very clean. The people below us were having a large party (over ten people and no social distancing). It was loud and disruptive for most of the evening. We also couldn’t find the remote control to the TV. We tried reaching the front desk but the call went straight to voice mail and there was no way to leave a message. We finally reached someone by dialing the outside number on our cell phone and they said they would send someone to help us, but no one ever came. Overall, this hotel didn’t feel like staying at a Westin. No cafe. No bell service. You had to reserve pool slots ahead of time. No real anything. Perhaps it’s due to COVID, but you can’t still charge over $200 a night and provide inferior service. Three stars. Just average. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Home Away From Home

This is an awesome place! I must say that we are MISSING WESTIN MISSION HILLS VILLAS during our COVID-19 quarantine!!! We stay here multiple times per year and during the summer we bring a group of about 60 people every single year. We consider the staff part of our family. A large amount of the staff has been here for 15 years. We are owners at several properties, but we can honestly say that this is our home. The managers, the front desk staff, the waitstaff at the pool and the activities team are all fantastic. We love the bbq's on the patio of each large one bedroom units. The large jacuzzi tub another plus. Hard structure cabanas out by the pool, dive in movies by the pool in the warmer months. What we love is that we have been here during financially trying times and during financially abundant times. We have so much fun whether we have money or not. That is what makes it great. We can still have a great family gathering regardless of financial situation. We have brought our grandparents when they were still with us, our parents always go, our adult children and our grandchildren. Our grandchildren learn to say "Palm Springs" as early as they learn to say "Mom or Dad". LOL I am serious. This is all because of the Westin Mission Hills Villas staff. Hands down. We love our family at the Westin Mission Hills Villas. We miss you guys! We will be back after the pandemic subsides. We wish you health and love! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Spacious rooms and good location

Spacious villa, two TVs and comfortable bed. 15 min drive to Palm Springs and not far from Indian Canyons either. In & Out is 5 min away by car and grocery options nearby. Given it was mid-March, wasn't able to check out the pool or on-site restaurants but they looked nice. Have status and got upgraded by the staff which was nice. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
