Nothing works

On arrival room was hot and muggy- AC was out, ice machine broken, tv menu not working, and the spa closed permanently in November but was still advertised. I am very disappointed and will not visit again. City view means parking garage view. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Horrible service, wasted time

Took over an hour to even reach the desk... then over another hour for our room to be ready (even though it was well past checkin). When our room was finally ready, bellhop guy in the brown jacket told us we had to wait in line again. Jerk. No one's offered anything to make up for the extraordinary delay, or even apologized. Terrible service all around. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

The clerk that checked us in was very rude, not very accommodating at all, while the other clerk offered a couple during check-in complimentary waters. As petty as that might sound, it’s the little things that matter to me. All in all, the hotel was very nice, and the rooms were exceptional. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

The view

Nice hotel but beware river view is incredibly misleading. Yes the river is there but there is no view! Our view was the pool! Staff was great and very knowledgeable! Centrally located with great walkability and river access. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great from the start

Check in could not have been smoother the front desk asked if we needed anything else. My wife asked if they had a microwave to heat up some special dietary needed foods for me. They said they would bring one up to our room. It was there within thirty minutes. The following morning as I went for a walk I stopped by the concierge desk and helped by Phyliss. She was friendly helpful and took the time to listen and told me she would look for restaurants able to accommodate my diet. She said she would get back to me later. I received a know on my door a little before lunch and the restaurant manager Demond had visited with Chef Eugene and prepared a delicious lunch for me and sent it to the room. Wonderful is an easy word to describe our stay. General Manager Martinez can truly be proud of her staff and their can do friendly hospitality. Sam S TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
