Nope! No. No!!!

Aug 26th, 2020

On the site it says there are wiles in each room. There's no such thing. Sanitizers at Elevator banks do not exist either. There's no restaurant service, no room service, shuttle service or housekeeping (understandable but notice & reminder would be useful so your guests can plan!) !!!!!!Mold/Mildew on shower curtains! !!! Mentioned to staff and they offered to send housekeeping to come clean? REALLY. 1ST 30mins, no bulb in lamp, sliding glass door nearly falls on my daughter, right off its tracks. DEFINITELY NOT COMING BACK HERE. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

top notch hotel though mostly shut down with the coronavirus scare

Jun 12th, 2020

Great hotel, great location, great room. Only problem was with the temporary restrictions due to the coronavirus - no restaurant, no breakfast. A few vending machines in the basement were simply not enough. Luckily the location has lots of places nearby. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

GREAT HOTEL AND GREAT PEOPLE

Mar 14th, 2020

First time staying at the hotel. Every thing was up to date. My room was more than acceptable. I ate in the hotel and was quite satisfied. As usual, the people really made a difference. Rubin Rubio, at the front desk, went out of his to take care of me. Would stay again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Nice room, quiet but valet, ridiculous

Mar 1st, 2020

So I was there with a service dog. Not a problem, the room and location was awesome. The front desk, awesome. I was only there for a night but I did notice something very odd. I had to choose valet parking. I had no choice because of the location and construction going on in the parking lot. But here was the kicker: in the morning, it was raining. My car was the only car from the Valet Lot. Instead of parking my car under the portico in the rain, the attendent parked it out in the rain. There was enough room, but he chose to park it there. Instead of moving my car or offering, the gentleman proceeded to tell me that he needed to get my car out of the way for other guests. (there were no other cars). And instead of rectifying it, when I said, you left it in the rain and I have a service dog.... and he just defended his actions. So I decided because he was so rude, that I would go back in to complain. And as I entered the lobby, the next thing i noticed is that he is talking about me, in the lobby to another attendant. SO i did pull the manager aside and explained that for him to have parked my car in the rain, instead of under the portico was not appropriate, the manger agreed. And frankly so would anyone else. But the kicker? Watching the attendant complain about me to another attendant. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Perfectly good

Feb 16th, 2020

This hotel is perfectly fine for any work in the Tysons corner area. The gym has relatively new equipment and is fairly spacious. There is no concierge lounge but breakfast vouchers are provided for those with status. The breakfast buffet is perfectly fine. There is oatmeal for those who are healthy. The rooms have been redone and are adequate. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
