Best hotel in Napa!

Currently writing this review from the balcony of our 3rd floor king bedroom suite with separate living room and kitchen. Everything about our stay at the Westin Napa has been perfect. From the valet staff, check in, to Royce-Anne at the concierge desk everyone has been so kind. My fiancé has Titanium status with Marriott Bonvoy and the hotel was fantastic about recognizing the status with a 2 category room upgrade + breakfast. The Westin is a very short walk to loads of tasting rooms and restaurants eliminating the need to drive. Overall we both can’t wait to come back. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Perfect Place to Stay

An incredible place to stay while visiting the Napa & Sonoma area. We had a group of 8 so we stayed in 2 suites. Having the separate bedrooms with 2 bathrooms was perfect. The living space with kitchen again was perfect. While we were there, December, I didn't think the pool would be open, but it was. My mistake. Just a short walk away is the Oxbow Public Market and you'll love it. All sorts of places to eat or to pick up some food and go back to your hotel room - which is what we did on several occasions. There is so much to do there we can't wait to go back to visit more wineries and stay at the Westin Veras Napa. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Terrible customer service, still waiting for a response from Management 3 months now

My husband and I stayed in this Westin in September, we were so looking forward to our Napa Wine Trip and decided to stay loyal to Marriot when alot of other options were available to us in that region. I'm not sure where to start, but the price was completely outrageous for the service that I received. The price should have aligned to a 5 star or at least 4 star plus service, instead what we got was 2 star. The first night we got a meal outside on the patio, jet lagged from east coast time, the service was very slow, and if I looked around at any point, there were birds on all the tables, picking food off of plates that patrons had left at least 20-30 minutes before. The food was marginal and cold when it got to us. The checkin was ok, not really any upgrade for a Platinum member, but the real problem comes with the state of the room, which was at best marginal. When I asked for a late checkout, I reminded the person at the desk in the lobby, that we were Platinum, and said is that ok? She stated, "Well I guess I really don't have a choice, do I?" Very nasty like in her attitude. I was extremely disappointed in the level of service and the quality of this hotel for a Westin. Ive asked Marriot to have the management call me for 3 months, I've called at least 3 different times to give my comments with no callback. Disappointed customer. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Too dog friendly!

We have been staying here for the past five years. The location is great. This year we felt that the hotel was looking a little worn. Our room was a little mini suite. The living room couch had definitely seen better days. You could feel the sofa bed springs. The drapes were tired as well. The mini kitchen area had two knives in the knife block, three plates, no paper towels and one small bowl. The biggest disappointment was the Westin bed was terribly uncomfortable. Were were there for three nights. On the first morning we opened our door to go to breakfast and a small dog growled and lunged into our room. The owner pulled the dog away and ignored the situation. I realize this is not the hotels fault. Nor was it the hotels fault that two other dogs got onto a fight in front of the elevator. Both owners got into the elevator after I did and the dogs proceed to growl in there. Very uncomfortable. Just too many dogs. Front desk, valet and housekeeping staff are very friendly. Probably won’t stay again, as platinum elite guests we have too many other choices to explore. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

This is the place to stay in Napa!

Well located in Napa so you can easily walk to tasting rooms, restaurants, and attractions. Check in was very easy. The pool and hot tub are in a nice relaxing setting. Service was impeccable at every turn. The only complaint would be while the hotel common areas are well appointed, we were a little disappointed with the slightly dated/worn furniture in our room.
