My stay at Windsor Suites

Jun 7th, 2020

For a quick getaway,we chose The Windsor Suites mainly for the large balcony that overlooks The Parkway. Our stay was fabulous! Staff members are extremely helpful and professional. We rented the 1 bedroom which is HUGE and very well appointed with all the comforts of home. Definitely stay for the large space and balcony but appreciate your stay because the staff that makes you feel like you are home. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Pied a Terre

Jun 4th, 2020

I lived in the Windsor Apartments for a little over a year. Only reason I left was because I moved out of Philly due to COVID-19. The staff are very pleasant and attentive across the board (front desk, engineering, etc). They organize happy hours in the lobby on thursdays and are often the first folks I see in the mornings, always saying good morning. I was especially impressed with the leasing manager (Caitlin). Very practical and thoughtful. She helped me move in by doing video conferences to show me the apartment before I went to Philly and endured MANY questions from me in a very pleasant manner. The grounds are kept in very good shape. They now have a rooftop swimming pool as well. I’m also a big fan of the location. I worked in Center city so could walk to work everyday. I also had 2 small kids and walked to the Franklin Institute all the time. Close to subways and Rittenhouse. I would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of moving to Philly. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Always amazing!!!

May 5th, 2020

For the past year the Windsor Suites has been my home away from home. The suites are great and having a real kitchen is a bonus, especially if you are staying in the city for more than 2 nights. And now during the shut down with only takeout and delivery available having a kitchen to be able reheat food is an great amenity that many pricier hotels don't offer. But as much as I love the hotel itself, what really sets the Windsor Suites apart from almost every other hotel I've stayed in over the years is the staff. All of them are so genuinely friendly and helpful. They really go out of their way to make me feel welcome and at home. If I could live here full time I would. I'm always sad to go home at checkout. If you are looking for a great, centrally located hotel, close to everything, but still away from the crowds, with spacious accommodations and wonderful people, stay at the Windsor Suites! And spring for a balcony room!! The view is so lovely at night. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Friendly, Comfortable Way to Enjoy Your Stay in Philadelphia

Apr 29th, 2020

We stayed a couple of nights and would definitely return. The room was very comfortable and had a small kitchen that makes any stay, long or short, much more than just manageable. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating, whether getting local information or discovering extras that the hotel offers. Especially important is its location in the heart of central Philadelphia within easy walking distance to city hall and the busiest commercial streets. Plus, the train station is a short taxi ride away and walkable if traveling light. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Nice hotel centrally located

Perfect hotel for a family. Affordable rooms for us and our two teenage sons. The hotel was nicely located with everything within walking distance. The receptionist was very helpful and the valet parking convenient. The gym was good and I hear the swimming pool was a must but we never got round to going there. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
