I just stayed here a couple of nights. First off the entrance and hallways are skeevy to be polite. The rooms itself are just ok and it seems like everyone who stays there is loud, you can hear everything. The next time I’m visiting Mt. Laurel I will not be visiting the tired looking skeevy hallways TownPlace Suites. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

First morning got woken up at 5am by banging and noise. Front desk didn’t remove them. Switched my room and that one the toilet was broke. Lots of partying and hanging out. Bathroom was dirty. Should’ve got some credit and I didn’t. Wasn’t worth the amount of money I spent. Never returning and wouldn’t recommend. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Checked in for a quick staycation. Should have stayed home. Masks improperly worn by desk staff. NO breakfast-not even prepackaged grab n go. NO market items. Not even bottled water. No paper towels or tissues. First rooom, AC did not work well. Stained furniture, large clump of hair in shower. Toilet plunger left in room. Second room-dirty table, room does not smell fresh. Stained and torn fabric on sofa. Carpets in both rooms not vacuumed, stained and sticky. Outside is falling apart. The rooms were allegedly redone in 2018. Exterior needs TLC. This owner needs to lose the Marriott flag. I really should just check out and go home or to another hotel. Never again. This hotel is now on a Lifetime Titanium, 25 year Bonvoy member's Do Not Stay list. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

We stayed at this location for 4 nights over the Thanksgiving Holiday. I must say that I was a little nervous after reading some of the reviews however, there was no need for me to be nervous at all. We stayed in the two-bedroom unit and had no compliants at all. There is a kitchen area however it is rather small so it wasn't easy for two of us to be in the kitchen at one time. The refrigerator was full-sized but the stove/oven wasn't as large as I thought it would be...however, we did manage to fit our 18ish pound turkey in the oven. The burners on top of the oven didn't lay flat but were OK once a pot or pan was placed on top of them. Breakfast was free and was surprisingly not bad at all. Check in and check out was a breeze. We were right off exit 4 of the NJ Turnpike. There is a Walmart very near the hotel however this Walmart is not a 24 hour one however there was one in Cinnaminson (I believe) which was about 20 minutes away. Our room was at the opposite end of the elevator so if you have someone with mobility issues, such as my dad, you may want to request a room closer to the elevator. Overall, a good was had and I would definitely stay here again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

4th year in a row staying here for local things in the cherry hill , Mt.Laurel, Philadelphia area. Hotel is nice and very reasonable. We stayed 5 days in a full 2 bdrm suites with full size fridge stove with oven pots and pans plates etc.. rate was $716 for those 5 nights. Pool was closed but they accommodated us by giving out free passes to a local gym facility in the area with indoor and outdoor pools, basketball gym , exercise equipment, it was very nice ...food is average. They have waffle maker different kind of eggs daily different meat even vegetarian sausages one day. They have cereal fruit oatmeal yogurt, breads etc... nothing spectacular but it’s free and more than donuts and bagels like some hotels.... I asked for late checkout they did. It accommodate said they needed to clean the rooms because they had a full house that evening. I’m not sure if that was true or not... checkout is noon but I was trying to get later... I woukd stay again rates here are great and so much things to do in the area if u have teens like me. Funplex, skyzone, clementon water park, coco key, Sahara Sam’s, amazing escape room all within 15 minutes of hotel , dorney oark is a little over an hour, great adventure is like 40 minutes .. a great area. Philadelphia is less than half hour away nice malls in the area including outlets.. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
