A good place for a long term stay

This hotel is good for a long term stay. There’s enough storage space between closets & cabinets for all needed items. I would’ve given 5 stars, but I had to clean the stove, walls, tabletops, cabinet hardware, baseboards, and other surfaces. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Avoid it!

I thought a Marriott would be better. This was supposed to be a non-smoking hotel with a pool, buffet breakfast, and updated. There was NO MAID SERVICE! My pillows smelled like smoke, the room's air conditioner was really loud, the walls were thin, and there was a broken-down car in the parking lot that looked like it had been there for weeks. Breakfast was a joke. Instead of a buffet breakfast, there was a brown paper bag with a small pre-wrapped muffin, granola bar, old apple, and a warm bottle of water. The pool was closed the entire time despite the weather being in the 80s and 90s. In my building, the exterior door didn't latch and there was some duct-taped plastic all along the baseboards. When I spoke to the assistant manager, he seemed condescending like I should have known better. He offered to let me move, but as I was only staying one more night, it didn't seem worth it. I asked for a refund, but he said I would have to call and get them to call the hotel to authorize the refund. In short, this was the worst business hotel I have ever stayed at. I would suggest anything else than this hard to find hotel. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Housekeeping needs to step it up

My wife and I stayed at this location for two nights on a recent trip to Denver. When I checked in the front desk attendant hardly said 2 words to me once I gave my name. Handed over the keys and we were on our way. We get to the room and were not impressed by the room condition. We had driven 15 hours that day, so it wasn't worth a fight. There were three towels in the bathroom, one of which had clearly been used. There were dirty cups in the cabinets. The sheets on the bed were wrinkled leading us to believe they were not changed after the last guest. We left the room at 9 AM the next morning and came back after 6 PM to find that we did not receive any housekeeping services while we were out. They did have a sign at the front desk explaining that they were doing limited services due to COVID but the sign did say they would be doing linen service. Well, my towels were still on the floor, bed wasn't made, and garbage was still overflowing. I went to the front desk to get more towels and the same gentleman was running the desk as the night before at check in. I asked for towels and he got them for me and immediately answered a phone call so I couldn't voice my displeasure. We left the hotel at 5:30 the next morning. As I came into the lobby to check out the attendant was on the phone. I stood at the counter waiting for him to finish his phone call but he instead take the phone away from his ear and said "yes?" I said we're just checking out. He took my keys and proceeded with his phone call. The service at this location is not indicative of a Marriott property. I am a gold elite rewards member and I stay at Marriott properties often. There are plenty of options in the Denver area. Look elsewhere. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Dirty, Broken and Bad

From the first appearance I knew it wasn’t what we were used to with the Hilton Brand hotels. I quickly found out I was right. We left and checked out the day after checking in. Terrible hotel and would not recommend to anyone. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Nice place to stay

Overall our experience was a good one. One of the TV's in our room did not work. Front desk staff did try to fix this problem, but could not get it to work. They were friendly and tried to be helpful. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
