When taking a shower the water would back up. There is a little patio which is a plus however it was not clean and some trash was present. It was my first time in San Francisco so I was surprised parking was an additional 25$. To get to my side of the room it was needed to pass threw a restaurant which was pretty cool. Advertising not really accurate

I changed my room to specifically have a refrigerator, but when I arrived I was informed that it is just a general advertisement of the listing. Zachary was super accommodating and helped me get a room with a fridge. We paid for parking as well, but they had an overflow of cars for their holiday weekend reservations and we ended up having to ask for a refund bc their newcomers took up all the spots. They should do parking reservations to ensure we get what we pay for, and limit the amount of cars per bookings. Again, Zachary was super apologetic and so I didn’t lose my cool, but there should be a clearer advertisement and guidelines for specific rooms and amenities. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Great location and Friendly staff

After staying in South San Fransisco a month ago for my daughters appointment at UCSF, I decided to stay in the city. I was glad I found this motel on short notice since my son wanted to go to San Franciso after seeing pictures of the city. Motel is walking distance to Fisherman's Wharf and a short drive to everything else we wanted to do. Front office staff was very friendly and accomidating with all my requests. Such as extra towels, pillows, coffee maker, coffee, cups and even plates when the take out place down the street said they had none! The room was spacious and clean, although no room service due to COVID 19. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Stay away! Terrible customer service!

The manager and front desk clerk are very unprofessional and lack basic customer service skills. The 1st issue was that my debit card didn't have a chip in it. The front desk clerk called her manager and was told her to tell me to go to the bank and get cash. The 2nd issue was that the security deposit jumped from $20 a day to $100 now that I'm paying cash. I told the front desk clerk "ok I'll be back with cash". So after getting caught in rush hour traffic for 30 minutes I return. I give her $100. Parking is an additional $25 (which I was aware of). I asked wouldn't the parking come out of the security deposit? She looked confused. The 3rd issue was that when I came back she told me that she didn't have change. They don't accept cash! Im like "are you serious? You just told me to get cash! She called the manager back and let me talk to him. He was saying some nonsense that its a San Francisco law that all debit cards must have a chip. (Which I find odd sense I was using the same card all over San Francisco earlier.) And if that was the case you should communicate that with your guests. Before I booked I called to find out the security deposit price and parking price. He could of told me then the "chip policy". He then called me again at 3 to inform me that the office will close at 11pm. He again could of mentioned the chil policy again. So after all this the clerk says she canceled my reservation...Why?? its pre paid (through Expedia). She couldn't give me an explanation. The manager start to tell me he should of canceled the reservation from the beginning. All because I was told to get cash now all of a sudden you don't accept cash. So finally she checks me in without taking a security deposit charges me for parking ($25) now she doesn't have change! Wow. She tells me to walk to the corner store, "I'm not doing that" your business should have change. I gave her $30. So she then tells me she'll have the change tomorrow morning. Ok fine. So the next morning at 7:15am I'm trying to check out, nobodys in the office. So we left.. "You keep the 5 dollars and maybe you can use that in customer service training!" I will be contacting Wyndham and Expedia regarding this terrible experience! I do not recommend this place to anyone! Stay Away. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Clean as a Whistle

We noticed how clean our room is. Everything we need is in our room. Close distance to major attractions specially Lombard St, Fisherman’s Wharf, etc. There’s restaurants around the corner. The front desk is friendly. He hooked us up. The only thing bad was, I woke up with my back hurts, possibly the bed. It felt all right though at first until I woke up. Overall, I highly recommend it.
