Ladies night out!

Jul 20th, 2019

This was my first visit. The buffet though small was very good! Love the Dungeness Crabs and everything I ate. I am however disappointed in Treasure Bay. As a new member most casinos give you $5, $10 even $20. They gave me a free $10 drink from the bar. I feel some type a way about them insinuating everyone one drinks. So my new member prize went in the trash. Think about it Treasure Bay.... I was insulted. Good thing I won. And the sunsets are the coast are beautiful. Pictures taken by me. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Fun casino.

Fun casino directly across from the beach in Biloxi. Many slot machines as well as table games. Two floors of games. Casino contains a buffet as well as restsurant/lounge. There is also a large hotel attached to the casino. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Get away

The rooms at this Hotel were average for a reasonable price. Our room was a partial view of the Gulf? It was actually a southern view of a wall. The room was clean and efficient and the breakfast buffet was excellent. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

OUr hotel stay at Treasure Bay

Jul 2nd, 2019

Overall our experience was great. All the staff was very nice. Our only issue was that the group in the room next to us were extremely loud. The walls seem to be thin. We had every intention on eating the buffet because of the daily crab offerings but the the line was too long. If you plan to visit the buffet, go early!! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Grouchy staff

Jun 24th, 2019

My husband and I stayed the weekend for Scraping the Coast and had mixed feeling about this place. While we were there we only met 3 friendly staff members, the girl that checked us in (Chrissy), a bartender (I think his name was Curtis) and a memeber of house keeping (I didn’t catch her name). The rest were so rude and unprofessional. The hotel has employees stationed around the Casio area keeping watch on things and everyone of them had “stank face”, just looked mad at the world, wouldn’t even smile back at you. I was walking past the door way to the stairs and an employee walked out and all most took me out with the door when she shoved it open then just glared at me, no apologizing. The worst one though was a cashier at the buffet, long story short she screwed up our change and was very rude about it, acted like we were the ones to enter the incorrect amount in the register and once it was fixed (which took forever) she didn’t apologize. The room was just okay, there was a lot of street noise in the room, probably because the door to the balcony was paper thin. Pros for this hotel are 1) the room was clean 2) the room service food was good as was the buffet food once we got to eat 3) the view was nice. If they updated with friendly staff it would have been a much better experience. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
