Terribly expensive

Jun 24th, 2019

Hidden resort fees and other become twice the advertised price when checking in. Breakfast for one $50, drink by the pool $30, outrageous prices. Nice rooms and bed but hidden fees make it feel like a scam upon checking in. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Good Value

We were looking for a reasonably priced place to stay for a night in Vegas. After checking out some prices, we settled on Treasure Island. It was certainly one of the better priced hotels on the Strip and the rooms were large and comfortable. It is definitely worth considering if you are in the market for a mid-priced resort right on the Vegas Strip. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Excellent customer service.

The customer service from beginning to end of our stay was OUTSTANDING! Associates who work there were pleasant, helpful and courteous from valet to check in to shops to housekeeping, made my stay exceptional. Only issue I had was the food at the buffet for breakfast was horrible. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Excelente experiencia

I went to Vegas to attend an information technology congress. My main options to stay according my budgget and prior experience were the Linq, the Westin, the Flamingo, the TI. After review the costs and nearness to my event, I decide for the TI and now after the visit I can truly say that was an accurate desition. The hotel is not expensive at all, but is very comfortable, clean, professional, and counts with all the average services and more. I didn't use any of their extra facilities, but I can testify that the hotel doesn't lack of any. Check-in and check-out using the kiosks was an extraordinary experience, easy to use, quick and without any problem (the line at the front desk to tradditional check-in was huge). I get to the hotel just in the line of the check-in time, and my room was ready to use. Great! (I have another experiences waiting till 5 hours to get my room). The access to the elevator is easy, and from the elevator zone to the street is near & ease too. My floor was quiet and the overall state and equipment of the room was excellent (good shape, clean, no bad oddors, no bugs, a/a ok, TV ok). The internet access was not the best, but good enough to be not an issue. I had just a bit problem because my last name used for my access was not correct and I spent some time solving the topic. I recommend widely this hotel, clean, fine and good and very near of plenty of interest Vegas points. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

What a treasure

It is not my first time stayed in this hotel. But this time I have different experience. The check in staff was so nice and friendly. Both check in and out were so smooth. I was upgraded to 35 floor with a big, clean room. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
