We booked in December Aachi the receptionist assured me it was fully cancella le. I tried to cancel but they would not let me do on may 8 when I sent my friend along there was no one there. They stole out money €1600 to be exact and never got back to us. A disgrace to italy TRIPADVISOR.COM USERÂ

This was the second time that I stayed at the Trevi Palace with my daughters on a visit to Rome and I cannot wait for the third! We love the location (everything is within walking distance), the rooms (spacious, with outdoor balconies and decks, and multiple bathrooms for families), and the breakfast (great way to start the day). We booked the same room we had a few years ago but were upgraded - and it was even better! We will be back! TRIPADVISOR.COM USERÂ
I have stayed there twice and happy with location and room.

The breakfast room was our only issue. very small but not a lot of choices. first day waitress was great fruit salad and bacon and eggs but then it went downhill. new waitress was totally out of her depth on her own. no fruit salad, and she didnt want to make any and wouldnt even boil an egg for me. my husband ate the last of the bacon and eggs, not sure what other people were going to do - it was 8.15 and they are opened to 10.00? my husband asked for a tea bag, as there were none in the tea box waitress misunderstood and made the tea for him - very rude, plonked it down in front of him and said it was self service. as she walked away she winged in Italian, but didnt realise my husband is Italian and understood everything she said!! we had travelled all over northern italy and also travelled to Reggio and this was the worst breakfast experience, although our experience two years earlier had been better. We stayed to 5 days and cannot praise the enough. The team were polite, courteous from point of arrival to departure. Considering we were in the middle of Trevi there was no noise from the street that could be heard. Central to all areas and within walking distance to Vatican City, coliseum etc. Room was spacious (it was warm but it was 20 degrees outside and seasonal heating) there was an issue one morning with the kitchen, again staff were polite and had arranged for breakfast in a cafe in the next street. Room was clean and modern, overall would stay again happily. TRIPADVISOR.COM USERÂ

I highly recommend Trevi palace as it is close to the Trevi fountain and walking distance from many tourist attractions. The staff here are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are amazing, providing a welcome and comfortable stay. The rooms also have windows which are very easy to open if I ever needed to cool down which is very self explanatory. Overall I highly recommend staying at the Trevi palace as your needs are met and the staff make you feel very welcome TRIPADVISOR.COM USERÂ
