Amazing Stay at Triada!!!
Oct 22nd, 2020
My new favorite hotel! From the moment we walked in the customer service was so welcoming and friendly. Everyone from the valet guy to the front desk was outstanding. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite that was perfect! Beautiful hotel, we loved the salt water pool. The food was excellent poolside. Hours are limited for food service due to Covid but that’s to be expected and there are many restaurants close by. Can’t wait to stay here again, thanks Triada we loved every moment! Way too much fun!

Stayed at Triada for quick overnight "get away" and after a few reviews I was a bit nervous. My experience was amazing! The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms and property were very clean and we had a great day by the pool. One small surprise, the restaurant has limited hours, makes sense but we'd not realized it would be closed on Sunday. Grubhub to the rescue! Loved our stay, would definitely go back. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Perfect Stay at the Triada

I had the pleasure of staying at the Triada with my best friends for my bachelorette party! Everyone was so kind and helpful from the front desk to housekeeping! The rooms and grounds were immaculate! I stayed in the grand casita room with a beautiful balcony and a full kitchen , and the salt water pool was such a treat! I can’t wait to be back 💚 TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Run down, but okay

Like most things in Palm Springs, this hotel is unfortunately a bit of a throwback. The photos make it seem quite modern but in reality it is a bit rundown. The facilities and rooms aren't fresh and generally seem like a bunch of (old and worn) stuff was thrown into a room. So overall, I didn't feel like this was a great value and was surprised for an Autograph Collection property. On the plus side, the set up is great for a friends' weekend where rooms surround the pools. I was upgraded to a Casita (which really is just a suite with a kitchen and living room) which seems to be common - my friends were also upgraded. We did note that most of the housekeeping staff was not wearing masks as we saw them enter and exit rooms they were cleaning, which was really concerning. After mentioning this to the front desk, they said they would speak to the housekeeping staff, and to their credit, we did not see the staff without masks after that point. However, the bartender at the pool bar was wearing a mask which has a vent, which are known to be bad for spread and are no longer allowed in many cities and by any airline. I noticed later that all of the signs that tell you that a mask is required shown the mask being worn improperly, so it isn't surprising that the staff isn't getting it right. We also never saw anyone disinfecting anything in common areas. And we saw a few guests smoking on-property even though I thought the property was smoke-free. Overall, I wouldn't return during the pandemic and would consider staying elsewhere given the price point. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
