For such an expensive destination as Naples, the price is quite reasonable. Location is convenient, and the room was comfortable. Pool was enjoyable. Breakfast is not free but is reasonable nonetheless. No complaints at all. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Nice room and excellent location.

My wife and I stayed at the Trianon Old Naples for 4 nights while visiting Naples. The price was Very good and the location can n ot be beat. Literally a 1 minute walk to 5th Avenue which is where most of the restaurants and stores are. The room was large and clean, but it did have a musty smell. I think this is to be expected in a humid place like Naples. The staff was friendly and helpful. You cant beat the price and location when visiting Naples for a few days. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Perfect Place to stay to enjoy Downtown Naples
Oct 17th, 2020
We spent one night at Trianon Old Naples and really enjoyed the beauty, the high quality of the room and the friendly, professional staff. It’s a short walk to the downtown with plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from. The landscaping was beautiful and the oaks and palms gave it a southern charm and old world feel. We’ll be back! Worst stay ever

The customer service is very poor. During a pandemic, the water is turned off and no one in the hotel is notified. When we call down to speak to find out what is going on and when it will be turned back on, we are told it will be another hour. There was no notification and no bottled water to help us out - duh - washing hands - I thought was an important part to preventing the virus and for that matter - water to wash the sheets, keep the area sanitized, etc. When we inquire about water bottles, we are told there is one bottle for all the guests in the hotel. Who hired this person? She is the same one we had to deal with yesterday in regards to not accepting debit or cash for incidentals. But oh by the way, she says it states that on their website, Expedia, and Hotels.com...I wish I could show you the picture that says they accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash for incidentals to prove her wrong but what good would it do. I have tried to reach out to the general manager for some answers or at least to address our concerns and we have yet to hear form him/her. I can say that we will not be returning to Hotel Trianon - room 212 has a moldy shower and when the water works - a leak in the bathtub, and wet towels probably due to the leak. I wish we could say our stay was as good as everyone else's review but we will go back to giving money to a bigger named hotel company than endure another night here. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Well rated at 4.5, pleasant 10 days

My wife spent a lot of time looking at and reading reviews on places to stay. And this was her choice. We had a pleasant 10 days with no issues or bad marks. Peter and the staff do a great job. It is a great location near 5th ave and all the restaurants, but in a nice quiet area. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
