Excellent Stay

Sep 21st, 2020

My family and I stayed the weekend and had low expectations due to Covid, however the hotel staff took care of every need. Clean room and beautiful hotel, we loved it! Exceptional customer service by Jackie, thank you! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Historic Hotel, Great Service.

Sep 8th, 2020

We stayed for 3 days to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday. Walking distance to downtown. The service was outstanding. Bailey made us feel welcome at checkin, and everyday. Holly the bartender was friendly and provided great service and recommendations. Peter, the GM told us great stories about the hotel. We saw the one chandelier move, and we knew Abby was watching! Great Place and close to everything. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Amazing hotel and staff!

Aug 25th, 2020

My husband and I were in Nashville for business as well as celebrating our 10 year anniversary. I am so glad we chose this hotel. The staff is excellent!! From Bailey who greeted us warmly at check in to Holly at the bar, everyone was fantastic. We were upgraded to a one-of-a-kind room called the Abigail room. The manager Phillip even sent a bottle of wine up to our room to help us celebrate our anniversary. The hotel itself is beautiful and in a great location. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Nashville. We will definitely be back! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Beautiful Original Artistry Renovated

Aug 24th, 2020

The detail put into preserving as much of the original station as possible partnered with the luxury rooms make this a must-stop. Be sure to spend time taking in the original stained glass and neo-romanesque art. The hotel is not only very beautiful, but the two front desk employees who helped me were top notch. I felt very COVID safe. All employees wearing masks and even had buttons made of their faces! I asked about this detail and was not surprised to find out it was Jackie at the front desk who made them. She was professional, helpful, and even genuinely interested in me as a guest. The kind of detail that only comes from a quality human. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Romantic

Aug 17th, 2020

This is a historic hotel, which easily can create a romantic visit. The restaurant there is very nice and good. I love imagining yesterday-years in the lobby area. Our room was in the “old” area. It was very neat. Except it had no upper wall on one side to separate it from the lobby area/train station. This created much noise all night long. Unfortunately, the night noise lessened my enjoyment of the beautiful hotel. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
