Excellent spot in Boston!

Jun 15th, 2019

Enjoyed the weekend at W Boston - modern architecture; efficient with every detail looked after (e.g; Bose Bluetooth speakers/Streaming & App...) Not in the hustle bustle of a downtown but easily accessible with enough restaurants in the vicinity! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

“I am so happy with this hotel!”

Jun 14th, 2019

“I am so happy with this hotel!” These are the words that were just overheard at our comfortable breakfast table. Of course, it was me that said them… But as soon as I said it, I thought that should be the opening line of this review. What I love: So much attention to detail and every person that I’ve interacted with seems truly happy to be working here. I could go on and on about the details that I like, but it’s not really the things that I see here that matter… It’s more that someone cared about them. You cannot go wrong at the W Boston, I highly recommend it. Amanda at the front desk and Loren at the concierge’s desk, truly gems on the team, but like I said, I have not yet met a person who didn’t seem like they truly want to serve. I’m here for a girls weekend. I am a Platinum Elite member and I stay at a lot of Marriott properties. This one is truly memorable. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Funky

Very nice hotel. In the center of everything. Lobby rocks on the weekends and a very attentive staff that was very helpful to the area. Room full of liquor bottles for purchase, a bit to much for the average person. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Parking beware, plus apathy

Jun 4th, 2019

Will have to update at another time but for now, just an alert $60 a day to park! $23 next door. Front desk, valet, concierge all either uninformed, misinformed or really don’t care. No question or inquiry was met with any satisfactory answer. We are “only” Gold level but I have always had better experiences at other Marriott properties. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Finally renovated

Jun 3rd, 2019

I am a frequent visitor to this property and the property has finally completed its renovation. The central location is great, a block from the subway. It is in the theatre district and surrounded by bars and restaurants. The lobby continues to be lively and has a dj on the weekends. The club in the basement still is a good spot for the under 30 crowd. The Bliss spa is a bit small but is crystal clean and has the services you want. I was given an upgrade as a Platinum Bonvoy/SPG member. The 4th floor has high ceilings and really feels great. The rooms has everything you want. The service is always good and some of the people have been there for awhile. All in all a good solid choice for Boston. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
