Another great stay at the W hotel Miami. Great rooms, spacious and very clean. Service and staff some of the best I have come across and they always go out of their way to help. Looking forward to my next stay! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

I went into Addict at the W in Brickell on Fathers Day with my boyfriend and I ordered a dirty gin martini I that was shockingly better than the one I had at Zuma just the night before. Our bartender Kaneeka was very polite. Definitely going back. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
a much better experience than I expected.

This was my second stay at the W Miami and it was significantly better than the first time I was here…. We stayed for a little over a week. We had a good room - corner room away from the bridge side of the hotel - which can be noisy as it is facing the road, but the windows do filter out a lot of the traffic noise, so it wasn’t too bad and we were quite high up. The renovations that were going on the last time we were there were finished and so I got to enjoy the HUGE pool during the day time. There are loads of loungers and beds, in the shade and in full sun and with a pool bar for snacks and drinks, I enjoyed this for a few hours on several days. The gym was a bit small. It would be OK for the size of the hotel, which isn’t too big, BUT they are shared facilities with the Icon Brickell and so the gym gets very busy, even at around 10am which was the time I was there. The complimentary breakfast for Platinum Marriot guests is substantial. Even the granola bowl with almost too big. - see photos. On this stay we met Gregory Polino the general manager who was thoroughly charming, offering his card and contact details if we had any issues we were encouraged to contact him directly. Thankfully we didn’t need to, but I did meet him several times during our stay, randomly in the reception area and he was always very approachable and friendly. It was great to see Andre still working in the upstairs restaurant over breakfast time. He is so lovely and I enjoyed having morning chats with both him and Joao. Both are delightful, attentive and very professional making breakfast time a pleasure. We would chat about local restaurants and activities and both were full of great tips. During my stay I met Issam Ahmed, the F&B manager. We had a couple of conversations about food (one of my passions) and after telling me all about his home baking of traditional Middle Eastern sweets even brought some in for me to try. How nice is that? He was thoroughly professional but also very friendly in equal amounts. Definitely an asset to the hotel. Kyle Spencer - Insider, has a HUGE personality and the is also a great asset to this hotel. Lots of fun, full of knowledge and has lots of restaurant suggestions. We spent a lot of time exchanging restaurant and sightseeing tips for Miami and his upcoming trip to London. I loved meeting him. Melvin Dore - Director of Style speedily took care of an issue we had where our air conditioning leaked and soaked my husbands shoes. It could easily have been a huge disaster as they were the only casual shoes my husband had with him. His work shoes don’t ‘work with shorts and he hates going out in running shoes.. Melvin arranged for them to be dried in time for dinner. So a big Thank You for that. All in all we had a great stay. The hotel is located int eh business area of Miami, which I enjoy. You can get to Miami Beach area easily and there are LOADS of great restaurants nearby. There is a free trolly bus in the area and loads fo electro scooters around and about for getting around the immediate area. We will definitely be back and I am already looking froward to it. Amazing beach stay!

Me and my girlfriend finally spent a day at the beach, and we stumbled upon a beautiful setup on the beach belonging to the W. Ricardo, Tim, and Tati took amazing care of us out there; the food and drinks were well worth the money, and it was a much needed day of relaxation. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Wonderful pool and lovely staff
May 16th, 2019
My daughter (4) and I stayed here for two nights after our flight home was cancelled. The room was spacious and looked exactly like shown in the pictures -- definitely not my style, however. It was quiet and had a nice view. The shower in the room had fantastic pressure and was really relaxing with great bliss products. The hallways were a bit darker than I'd like (though I guess it was part of the effect) and my daughter and I found them to be a bit smelly and overpowering. The best part of the hotel for us was the pool! There's a gigantic (at least olympic meter sized) pool with the biggest hot tub I've ever seen. The water is warm and clean. The pool is an infinity pool overlooking the harbor and has chairs and beds available to lounge around on. There was a DJ every day and food/drink available. The pool was well staffed and the staff was always helpful and friendly. I only wish the pool had a shallow end or was zero entry -- a lot of the kids (including mine) couldn't touch the bottom. The location was fine and a short walk to many restaurants and the mall. It was definitely do-able for my daughter and I, and helped with the frustration of not being home! As a side note, we had stayed in miami beach for a week beforehand. I wouldn't have stayed at the W for our whole vacation, but it was a nice change from the beach for a couple of days.
