Nice Suites, Great Location And Good Service

Feb 15th, 2020

This is a really good Waldorf. The past Waldorf I stayed at in Versaille 2018 had some issues, and I felt like Waldorf the brand was losing its prestige. Orlando Waldorf certainly disappoint. Rooms were spacious, decor is conservative, like the old Ritz's, but very clean and comfortable. Service is the best part of this Hotel considering it is in a busy touristy area. Not worth the luxury price tag

Feb 14th, 2020

Don’t get me wrong, the hotel is nice, but not worth what we paid. We have stayed in less expensive hotels in the Orlando area and had nicer accommodations and better service. The room is average-sized and the view of Disney is just ok. You are too far away to really enjoy the fireworks view. The best service was in the Bull and Bear and it was outstanding. The quality of the ingredients, the preparation and service made the prices palatable. We spent our last day golfing. Course is in beautiful shape, but the holes all looked the same. Nothing really stood out. We were disappointed to come back to a room that had not been serviced, even though it was 3:00. I realize this may sound petty - but on several returns to the hotel there was no one at the door to welcome us back or even attend the door. I guess I expect more from a luxury establishment. Spacious rooms

Feb 12th, 2020

Spent New Years here and was entertained. Had cocktails in the piano lounge, enjoyed live music and a fireworks show at midnight. The hotel has enough entertainment to keep the family busy, however this is a relaxing holiday and not a sights to see holiday, other than Disneyland. The pools are heated and there are walking paths for those that require daily exercise. The guests may use the facilities at the Hilton which is a short 2 minute walk. Breakfast buffet is ample and you are spoilt for choice. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great customer service

Very positive experience, the hotel is not so close to Seaworld as to walk but it is not far by car. I loved the pool, the children enjoyed it very much and the attention was excellent. I recommend this hotel if you are visiting Orlando. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Quality Stay with Mickey and Company

Feb 10th, 2020

Just returned from a weekend stay at the Disney Waldorf Astoria. Cannot overstate the wonderful experience my wife and I had during our short visit. From our greeting to check out, everyone on the staff was friendly and professional. The hotel is luxurious without being too ostentatious. Pleasant and beautiful pool area accented the nearby golf course which looks to be well groomed. breakfast buffet is very good. For those dissatisfied with run of the mill hotel accommodations and are willing to pay just a little bit more for luxury near the Disney parks, the Waldorf Astoria may be the place for you. We're coming back. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
