Three Day Stay

My third visit to this hotel. Like all about it, location, rooms and mainly warm and welcoming personnel. This time was again, a visit to remember. Despite the COVID precautions, masks and sanitation, the atmosphere was welcoming and inviting. I will be back again. Thank you. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

So I had to write a review upon my experience here at this Marriott, me and my colleague who checked in to this hotel were greeted nicely and felt like we were at home, I believe the associate who checked us in his name was Rich, had done a superb job by providing what the hotel has to offer, and also made a connection from the city I was from, also there was some crazy guest in the lobby yelling and saying crazy stuff, to his associate. However, Rich kept his cool with the whole situation. He even complimentary upgraded us to a higher floor room, and gave us $10 vouchers, I wish every Marriott could provide the customer service they gave us over here, true professionals! I usually don’t write a review, but I am so please and satisfy with my last 21 days stay on business that is not fair not to do so. Most importantly, the hospitality and care provided by hotel associate, “Bahar” during my stay is exemplary. She is very detailed and pays very close attention to customer request. Every time I arrived, my keys were ready to go. No wait time behind the counter to check in. This tells me a lot. I have seen her treating everyone the same. So I had thought that this may have ended up being a poor review. A friend and I booked last minute using points and booking two double beds. It was strangely hot in California, we were tired and just grabbed a Marriott nearby. Although parking was $21 (self park) no breakfast, I have learned years ago that the “nicer”Marriott’s give you less, and the lesser Marriott’s give you more... makes no sense, but there you are. Anyhow we got to our room.. one bed. We called to the lobby, so sorry we will get you another room... we schlepped our stuff downstairs, get new keys, schlepp upstairs to new room... one bed again! Aaah! We call downstairs again, this time they sent someone up with the new keys and it was fine. They called a little while later saying that they will give us some points for the inconvenience... very smart on their part as I am willing to be objective now... so, objectively speaking, it’s a nice hotel, clean grounds and the pool stayed open until 9. The room had good wifi, comfortable standards Marriott look ad feel. Nice hot shower with good power. P.F. Chang’s right across the street made it nice to not have to leave to eat. We were there for roughly two months :) Friendly staff- clean room - with Covid situation the staff took necessary precision procedure to ensure the safety of their guest!!
