We loved it!

We stayed for a VIP Weekend with a band that rented out the hotel for their fans. The hotel was super nice and within walking distance of pretty much anywhere we wanted to go. Jonas, our Valet/Concierge was absolutely AMAZING! He took care of us and even remembered our names from the time we gave him our keys. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

An Awesome Hotel

We stayed at the Warwick in Denver over Easter weekend. We were there to celebrate my husbands birthday. From the time we checked in the staff were polite, professional, and accommodating. When we entered our suite, there was a bottle of champagne on ice and a charcuterie plate awaiting us. The suite was spotless and well appointed. Even though the hotel was filled to capacity, the staff were there to attend to whatever needs you had. The bands who played at Red Rock and VIP guests for the concert were staying at the hotel for the weekend, so there were guests everywhere and new friendships being formed everywhere. This was our third time to stay at the Warwick Denver and we will definitely stay here the next time we visit Denver. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Good Hotel with LIMITED AMENITIES!

We stayed at the Warwick Hotel this past Monday to celebrate my wife's birthday. My kids purchased the room online for their mom. Upon arrival we were not disappointed. We arrived at 7:15 PM. We were the only guests in and promptly were checked into our room. I inquired as to whether or not our room included the Breakfast In Bed option, which was highly promoted on the Warwick website. It was not. The Front Desk Agent did not attempt to detail or upsell the package. I asked about valet parking and was quickly pointed in the right direction. My wife opted to head right to the room. While waiting for Valet to return I opted to step out side to smoke a cigarette. No smoking area anywhere near the hotel. Nor were there any recepticles to put cigarette butts in. Surprisingly the area in front of the hotel was very clean and well maintained. While sitting in front of the patio of Randolphs, the Warwicks signature restaurant, I noticed they were closed for renovations. Before heading to my room I had to check out the hotel. I found the roof top pool on the Penthouse level. I also checked out the 15th floor which is where the Denver Playboy Club used to be housed. BEAUTIFUL Property. Our room was great. Every possible amenity any guest could ask for. There was door hanger to order breakfast which, we planned to use. When I went down to the lobby to ask about the gift store and restaurant and late night dinner. I was disappointed! NO GIFT SHOP. The 7-11 around the corner was the closest option. The Lobby served as the restaurant during renovations. ANOTHER major disappointment. I went down for breakfast on Tuesday morning. It took almost 10 minutes before anyone even approached or acknowledged I was trying to figure out where to sit. The waitress became visibly upset when I told her I only wanted coffee and water. There is a coffee maker in the room. I still tipped her $2 for a $4 cup of coffee. The staff seemed more interested in talking to each other than guests. They also spent quite a bit of time talking with former employees who stopped by for a drink at 11AM than the current guests. Such a beautiful property. Unfortunately the staff seems to think they are doing the guests a favor. This includes the Valet who took and handed me my keys and walked away. The management should work on teaching the staff what it takes to be a 4 STAR rated hotel. Anticipate the guests needs. Offer your guests options. Tell them what is going on in your hotel and surrounding area. The WARWICK used to be an incredible hotel. The rooms are AWESOME. The beds are very comfortable, An unusual thing happened at check out. Another guest was checking in. As we stood in line waiting to check out, the Front Desk Agent asked if we were checking out. We said yes She said come on up and checked us out with the other guest still checking in. Kind of AWKWARD to both of us I am sure. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Stay away and save your money

Where should I start? Backed up tub with old fixtures. When I tried calling the front desk, I discovered my phone is not working. Spacious room in need of a sofa. And uncomfortable bedding. Sorry, it’s a 3stars hotel. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great hotel - needs some attention - but recommend

This hotel has been remodeled beautifully. I loved the location, decor and space. The bed was divine! Staff at check in and the valet was wonderful. Exceptionally clean from what I saw. I called down for room service and the phone didn’t work. I used the other phone and had a hard time hearing (evidently they did also). They delivered to the wrong room. I did get it - it was cold and I didn’t even get ice to go with my water. But it wasn’t easy to call to express concern. The young lady, who was initially frustrated, did apologize, and say she should have verified. They did comp my meal (but not the service fed or tip, which was odd). I should have parked myself. Plenty of less expensive parking. The shower curtain was dirty - and toilet needed some attention. Unfortunately the desk person didn’t apologize about it. As I mentioned she comped the meal. An apology goes a long way with me. All that being said - i would stay there again!! Older hotels, even remodeled, may have some issues. As long as people apologize and handle them - I’m okay with that. Minus the apology - they get the review here! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
