Memorable, restorative, a special place

Mar 12th, 2020

This past weekend I stayed at the Weekapaug, having previously stayed at the Ocean House. The Weekapaug was everything I craved - cozy, friendly, thoughtful, beautiful and restorative. An A+ in terms of setting and hospitality. Phil, Elizabeth, Logan, Ashley, Karen - you made us feel welcome and cared for. We look forward to returning. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Breast milk, bookmarks, and heaven on earth :)

Mar 9th, 2020

Our 2nd time staying at this magical place. The Weekapaug is amazing. It's a beautiful, relaxing location with spotless rooms and lovely amenities. The staff is the best. I was keeping breast milk cold in an ice bucket in the room. Without asking (or thinking to ask) a fridge was brought to the room and the milk was kept safe. Little things throughout the weekend just made it such a restful time. A bookmark left on the book I was reading, a little welcome gift for our 6 month old, friendly greetings from all. It is such a wonderful getaway particularly in the off season. Thank you for such a special family weekend with our new baby. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Fantastic accomodations, even better service.

Jan 21st, 2020

The staff at the Weekapaug Inn made a very special engagement weekend incredible. Their service and care was second to none. The accommodations were luxurious without being over the top. All of our servers were friendly and knowledgeable. The food and drink offerings were amazing. Not much else to say except if you're considering staying here, you will not be disappointed. Quiet + Relaxing Stay

Jan 21st, 2020

Had a very relaxing, mid-winter stay. We love the quiet and laid-back vibe of the Weekapaug versus the very busy, "see and be seen" atmosphere of the Ocean House, the Weekapaug's sister property. We had a great dinner at The Restaurant, followed by a nightcap and boardgames by the fireplace. The walking paths around the property are beautiful and got to have some truly peaceful moments. Service was excellent and every detail was considered from check-in to check-out. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

A Rare Gem in Rhode Island

Jan 12th, 2020

We are sisters who enjoy visiting unique luxury resorts and discovered this rare gem in Rhode Island. We stayed at the Weekapaug Inn for an extended Thanksgiving holiday and had an AMAZING experience. The Inn is lovely with gorgeous ocean and pond views but it is the impeccable personalized service that really makes it special. We were treated like royalty by the staff; everyone was so friendly and went out of their way to provide us with an exceptional experience. This is a luxury resort with an unpretentious and intimate feel. We felt very much at home and welcome there. Must Dos during a visit: *Spend time with the Inn's Naturalist, Mark. We took his birdwatching beach tour and stargazed with him twice! Mark is so friendly and happy to share his knowledge with guests. *Have a cozy drink with Quentin,"The Chef behind the Bar". His custom drinks are fabulous! *Dine at The Brasserie and The Restauraunt. The "farm to table" offerings were delicious, and exquisitely prepared. Phil, the Director of Food and Beverage is the best! He and his dining staff provide exceptional service. The Inn's amenities include gratuities (excluding restaurants) which is a nice convenience. Quaint pantries on each floor are stocked with free beverages, freshly baked bread and cookies daily. Guests can borrow boots for nature walks from the Inn’s impressive Hunter Boots closet and a Volvo for sightseeing! A truly memorable experience and we're anxious to return! Many thanks to the incredible staff! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
