M Lounge is open for Beverage and Coffee, no food due to COVID-19. However, as a Titanium Elite, I could choose either free breakfast for 2 or points. This is a proof that they care for elite members. I didn't get that treatment at some formerly SPG properties. Room is clean and nice. Will definitely stay here again in the future. First the postive - very ice facilty, very clean, very friendly staff. A bit pricey, but you know that going in. I'd rate as a 4 based on this. However, this hotel advertises as "Pet Friendly" which is not true. A $75 pet fee is outragious! Pet owners would not see this as friendly. I certainly did not. The front desk people were very nice and friendly. There was construction going on but was quiet while we were there. The rooms could use some refreshing but it was clean and the bed comfortable. I don't know that it was worth the extra cost. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Although the hotel is under renovation, this was a good stay. We were upgraded to an awesome suite that was well appointed, clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly but I was slightly disappointed that a handshake deal made at check in was not honored at checkout- didn’t raise a stink because it was a legit fee and I should have expected to pay it. Housekeeping crew knocked fairly early and was not terribly pleasant when turned away. Would definitely return to this property. Dog friendly! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

The rooms looked so nice on the service. However, the shower curtain was very dirty , my 11 year old didn't want to shower in the tub. The curtain seemed to have black mold or just looked black at the bottom. I feel the housekeeping department has to do a better job at cleaning the rooms. The staff was very friendly (especially front desk and maintenance ). Please don't order breakfast at the restaurant. The food is expensive and horrible. The breakfast took forever to arrive. When it did arrive, it was cold and burnt! The pancakes were rubbery. I have never seen a most unpleasant looking breakfast. My eggs were cold and came off the buffet .I wanted fresh eggs. We ended up driving to IHop. The manager was very apologetic and was professional, (which I appreciated ). I suggest they get better cooks. Overall it was ok. The staff being so friendly and professional made the trip decent. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
