This hotel offered good value for money. Our room was simple, a bit outdated and comfort was just ok, but since we spent most of the daytime exploring Whistler, it served us well. I found parking a bit costly ($21 per night), but I noticed the price was similar in other hotels as well. Location is great - it's walking distance from the village but also very quiet. What I appreciated the most was that we had a last minute change of our plans and the hotel was able to accommodate. All in all, I was happy with our stay. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Extremely rude manger and unhelpful staff

I stayed at the hotel on Aug/28th and it was a terrible service. over a service request, the manager got angry and spoke extremely rude to my wife making her cry. We had to cut our trip short and leave, because of the lack of service and staff oversight to simply provide a play pan. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

quiet, spacious, fully stocked newer kitchen, functional appliances and furniture, great views of both whistler and blackcomb mountains, very centrally located. good bike cage, safe underground parking but expensive for any portion of a 24-hr period $20 - wow. I parked my car in lot 4 @ $5 per day and biked back and forth. sadly pool was closed due to covid. I would return. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

I booked 3 nights with this hotel because they have swimming pool available. I have my son that is 2 years and half old and he loves pool. This is was the main reason for booking this place. Now it’s the surprise. Just 2 days before my check in they sent an email saying that the pool was closed. I tried to cancel it because there is no point for me go to a place without the pool and they are ignoring all my emails/calls from me and booking.com! I told them cancel right away I saw their email with the message saying the pool closed. They should cancel my booking and resell it for others guest for double the price because the long weekend but they prefer to give me a hard time. This is false advertisement. I don’t recommend this place. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Whistler July 2020

Due to covid we got this property for a good price for a 3 night stay. The location is good and it was a quiet property (to be fair it's covid quiet all around so I don't know if it was a fair assessment). 1 bedroom suite, room 220. My one major complaint was the very uncomfortable bed. The mattress was very hard and the wooden bed frame was super noisy at the slightest movement. My friends also found their bed quite hard so it wasn't just my room. Was told the mattresses are new so I dunno. It is a dated property but as stated it was a good price so that was very acceptable. I would not choose to stay here again for full price, there are too many other options. Parking was I think 21$ a day, we opted to park in lots 4 and 5 for 5$ a day (24 hour parking in summer only). Due to a mix up or my misunderstanding not really sure which we were surprised by the closed pool. Had I known it was closed I would not have chose this property. To be fair they did offer to move us to Aspens in the upper village. We had friends coming to join us next day so we declined. So anyone considering this property the pool and hot tubs are closed, they are actually currently empty of water. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
