Clean, nice casino

Mar 7th, 2020

We enjoyed our time we spent in the casino. It was clean and you really didn't smell the cigarette smoke. Craps, Roulette are played on machines no live dealer. They only have live card tables. Still enjoyed playing craps and I won!! The best part was standing over the ac vent. I have never seen air conditioning vents in the floor. It was a suprise as we were walking and you get this blast of cold air. There is limited restaurants Ling and Louie's, Shula's Steakhouse, food court and a 24hr cafe. Ling And Louie's was awesome and the bar staff Micheal and Gabriel were WONDERFUL!! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Smokey and Understaffed

Mar 5th, 2020

We are in the middle of spring training yet they don't have enough dealers to fill their gaming tables. Tons of people wanting to play be cannot because they don't have dealers. That, and food was not great... very smokey casino. I guess the only redeeming quality is the staff was friendly. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

doubled charged

Mar 1st, 2020

Was double charged for the room to include the $50 deposit. Manager said " we will comp the room for you." Have the invoice showing the funds where credited back to me. But today looked on my account and they took out $283 plus $183 along with a $50 deposit. So in total $516 taken even after they said i would not be charged because they missed up from the start. Also was told from the manager we could smoke on the balconies. But right there in the room there is a posted sign "no smoking in rooms or balconies $200 cleaning fee." TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Nice stay

Feb 26th, 2020

This was our second time staying at the Wild Horse Pass. Our room was clean and spacious. The casino definitely has a Vegas feel… including the smokiness. (The non-smoking section is smack dab in the middle of the casino surrounded by smoke). The pool is nothing special but it will be closed as of April 1st so maybe they have plans to renovate it? We dined at the café and also in the food court – meals and service were great at both. For an amazing fine dining experience, I suggest taking the free shuttle to the Sheraton and dining at Kai (expensive but worth it). TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Nightmare in communication

Feb 23rd, 2020

We booked our room online on their web site later that day we had to change the date we called they changed the date give us a good rate no problem there the nightmare when we arrived they said we didn't have a reservation for that night it was for the next day i told them I had just talked to reservation and they had reconfirm my stay and I was runnibg late The manger came over offered us a basic room not even discounted for their company's mix up when we ask for a discounted she made fun of us and walk away from us we ask to speak to some one higher she said she ran this place at night and there was noone else we push finally she called soneone else as we were waiting for them to come over she comes out and demands for my boyfriends date of birth we ask why she wouldn't answer why till she had it and was walking away she wanted to look up our plays card to see how valuable of a customer we were when the manger came he was good and listen to us we showed him when we had called the reservation line early that day showed him even thou we dont use our card we had money showing him the 3000 dollars we had brought with us to spend there he told us if we keep the room for tonight which was 275 he would give is a really good discount on the suite the next night. We were given a rate of 220 from the resavation line so we thought it was going to be the same as theirs was he said let him know now. the catch we had to let then know before one the next day and he didn't cone in till 5.30 we stayed it was a horrible night the room was small and the view was of the roof top not worth 275 next morning we stayed when we went to claim the suite for the next night expecting to be a nice rate all he did was give us a arrp discount something I could have done with out him that ended up being 350 because of communication starting with the resavation line when she looked me up when I called and said i wad running late she confirm the date with me and said see you tonight i don't think i shouldnt have had to pay for their mistake in my heart because I came jn late they give my suite away i could be wrong but from the being they told me what i want to hear but did what they wanted not satifified TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
