A guest ranch and resort in the heart of North Texas Hill Country, Wildcatter Ranch & Resort in Graham, Texas, features horseback riding, clay shooting, Jeep tours, wagon rides and trail rides on more than 25 miles of trails throughout the property. For those looking to get away from it all, there's also an infinity-edge pool, massage treatments and rustic accommodations that boast scenic views, fireplaces and Western-style decor. The on-site restaurant, Dinner Bell, serves authentic Texas cuisine, including steaks, chicken and smoked pork chops. While recent visitors were fans of the service and food, others expressed disappointment that the restaurant was only open for dinner. Overall, guests were pleased with the on-site activities, friendly staff and the comfortable beds.
