Nice

This is a very nice casino resort, plenty of slots, bowling, kids arcade. Didn't seem that payout on slots was great but enjoyed time here on a rainy day. Had great lunch at Grille. Burgers very good and banana pudding great. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

STILL First Class Resort

Feb 27th, 2020

We decided to drop in on the Wind Creek Casino for an overnight anniversary get away and, as usual, they did not disappoint! First class service, immaculate rooms, excellent and friendly valet... everything you look for in a first class resort. We enjoyed a delicious meal at their five star Fire Steak House, which is better than Ruth's Chris in my opinion. We were then able to enjoy yogurt from the yogurt shop and took it with us to a movie that evening. Where else can you do all of that in one building? The beds were extra comfortable and it's obvious that they go over these rooms with a white glove for cleanness, because they are well above expectations. No matter when I have ever stayed there, it always feels like the room is brand new and no one has ever stayed in the room before me! I love that feeling, don't you?! Wind Creek you have done it again! Exceeded all expectations! This place may be located in little tiny Atmore but it offers more than the best resort in Vegas! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great Hotel-Great Food-Great Movie Theatre-Terrible Tight Bingo Slot Casino

Feb 22nd, 2020

I am retired and travel all over the United States visiting Casinos and Tourist Attractions. I had heard about the Wind Creek Casinos, so I decided to stay a couple of nights in the Atmore Property on my way to the Biloxi, MS Casinos. Upon arrival, the Front desk ladies were very friendly and helpful. My Hotel room was very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The view was great if you enjoy a country setting. I had booked for 2 nights and found out that this Hotel/Casino had a lot to offer. The food and service at the Buffet was great. During my stay, I also dined at a couple of the other smaller dining areas in the casino and both of those were excellent, but a bit more pricey. This casino had a very nice Bowling Alley and state of the art movie theatre. I was able to catch a movie the 2nd night, before playing the slots. Now the bad news... this is a "Bingo Slot Casino"...and the slot machines are super, super tight. I have visited and stayed at basically all of the top casino's in America, and have never seen a Casino with Slots this tight. No one was winning. Both days and nights that I was there, the customers were 90% senior citizens. I was very surprised that a Native American Casino would take advantage of gullible Senior Citizens like this.I spoke with several of the Seniors and they said that they never win..."but still go there" because "they didn't want to drive to Biloxi" this is very sad. This casino Tribe Elders need to travel to Oklahoma and take note of how the Native American Casino's manage their casinos there. Possibly hire their management company to come in and straighten this mess up, and loosen these slot machines. This is a beautiful property with a great Hotel and Restaurants, but the Casino division is disgraceful. If I pass through again, I would eat a meal, maybe catch a movie, and stay at the Hotel.. but NO CASINO PLAY !! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Nice casino

Jan 18th, 2020

This was a nice casino. We were traveling and had a coupe of hours to kill before we could check into our hotel, so stopped in here. We opened new accounts which got us $10 free play and $10 worth of food or beverages from any of the restaurants. Everything was very clean and the people were friendly. In the couple of hours we were there, I only saw someone coming around with drinks once. It also helped that I won all the money back that we had spent right before it was time to leave.
