Pros: Cleanish and the staff seem very nice and sweet. They had pretty Christmas lights up and it really made it feel like Christmas! Con: Hardest bed I have ever slept on very uncomfortable Needs a little updating too! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Housekeeping staff supervisor

It is very unbecoming of housekeeping staff supervisor and the hotel itself to hear her talking to guests and staff alike, to anyone who will seem to listen, about other guests. It is not very comforting to know that whatever she learns about guests she tells everyone she sees. She is extremely loud. Every word could be heard. It's obnoxious and sets a poor example for the rest of the staff that works under her. People pay money to come here and relax, its not possible because Shannon the housekeeping staff supervisor is always yelling about people that have stayed here. Nothing is confidential. Nice but needs update

Nice place to stay for quick business trip. A lot of restaurants are close but parking lot is small and rooms need to be updated. Breakfast could be a little better in the morning but it depends on which staff is there. Checking in and out are a breeze but the rewards system for points needs a little work. Towels for bathroom need to be updated as they are rough. Nice venue for business stay as you are there to rest and work the next day. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Accommodating!

Staff was very accommodating to our early show times and was able to adjust breakfast times to meet our needs. Each day the concierge messages you (if you offered your phone number to them) if you would be willing to skip on room service to replace your towels. I definitely appreciated this even if it became a little tedious to decline every day. My only suggestion would be to have a more than one washer and dryer for guests to use in case there is a large demand to use this service. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
