I would stay here anytime! This place is super clean and smells that way too. Pillows are fluffy, bed comfy, shower is hot, room is huge, and it's clean. Small breakfast in the morning. Pool was open and families were enjoying it! Check in staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Price was great. If I can get a hotel room that's less than $100 and it's clean and safe, I'm satisfied! Some things were worn but so are things in my house. Plenty of shopping and places to eat nearby and airport less than 2 miles away. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

The service is excellent and 24 hours and housekeeping here is excellent. The sheets are Fresh, clean, and white as the driven snow. The pillows are the best of quality of since I’ve been to Paris France at a high priced resort. The tv is very very nice and the packages have lots of movies and sports packages are perfect TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

DO NOT STAY HERE! IF YOU ARE THE LEAST BIT CONCERNED DURING COVID-19 THIS IS NOT WHERE YOU WANT TO STAY!. The Governor of Kentucky declared a face mask mandate on July 10th. Which is effective for 30days or until further notice. NO WHERE in this hotel was there signage of COVID or any safety measures! Upon check-in, front desk staff pulled up mask approaching desk. There were NO SIGNs on the front doors, front desk, lobby or in rooms. There were small signs in both elevators. Upon receiving our welcome text, I brought this up to the staff member and was told "as of now we are not required to post signage for COVID but our staff members are required to wear face masks". WOW, really! Upon checkout, both staff members did not have masks on! THERE ARE NO USB PORTS IN THE ROOMS! Unbelievable! There are none in the lobby or for loan at front desk. ABSOLUTELY no mention of breakfast. Know from previous reviews that to-go bags were an option. NO tea or coffee station either! Had been traveling through Kentucky for 4 days and this was the worst experience! I stayed here due to the proximity to the airport. That is the only thing this hotel has going for it! STAY AT A HILTON!i stayed at Hilton Hotels and they definitely put their customers first at every turn. COVID signage, face masks required, seals on doors to verify sanitation, coffee and tea stations, to-go bags and FRIENDLY SERVICE! Stay here was from Saturday, August 1st to Sunday August 2nd. We stayed here for two nights on a mini-getaway. The room was super clean, the pool was phenomenal, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were affordable. I definitely recommend staying here. One of the nicest hotels we've stayed in and will definitely book again next time we travel here. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

We stayed in room #304 and the bed was soooooo uncomfortable. Loud highway noise all night. It was clean and bathroom shower was nice. Pool was fine. Staff was nice. It was close to a lot of shops and restaurants. Unfortunately, we missed breakfast. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
