D guy mgr was very rude. I was explaining our situation & he keeps cutting me off, not let me finish talking. & he immediately offered us a refund without even offering a solution. ROACH everywhere 2! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Want to thank WARREN for a great stay! He was so professional and went out of his way to call me back and verify our reservation through Priceline. He made sure our room was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with towels. Warren is a true asset to this hotel. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Excellent ! Very pleased and front desk staff are amazing and very respectful. The maids are always happy to give you whatever you need and always offer service and they’re not pestering you at 11 on the dot to check out. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great SD treasure.

Good, clean room. Close to everything in SD. I called ahead to stay a couple of nights in SD, for a boat regatta I was sailing in. The room was very large, third floor. It appeared the rooms were recently remodeled. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Bums, tweakers, and hookers oh my!!!

Oct 22nd, 2020

First , let’s be clear, this is a “motel” not a “hotel”. There’s a very succinct difference!! The first being with room doors that directly open to the outside, easily allowing for the criminal element to do their thing!! If you enjoy, homeless sleeping in the parking lot, junkies and tweakers living out of rooms, the aforementioned dealers coming and going, the hookers and their “customers” coming and going, and people using this motel as their home (yes one room was even decorated for Halloween), you’ll love this place!! Things I observed: 1). Upon arrival at the property at approximately 3:30PM, there was “security” roaming the property, think the kind you might see at a bar or club on a Saturday night. Interestingly, they disappeared after dark, then the riff raff came out!! 2). No security cameras observable throughout the property, maybe they’re in the lobby, but not in the dimly light hallways or stairwells of this property. No wonder the criminal element seems to like this place!! 3). Dimly lit lighting, elevator floor buttons burnt out, elevator floor level light bulbs burnt out, kinda scary walking to your room at night!! 4). They gave us a “parking pass” assuming for patrons of the hotel, at about 5 am, I observed two homeless vans parked outside my room, with competing dogs barking at each other, hmm so much for that parking pass enforcement. 5). Later that morning, I saw at least two women, (suspecting hookers dressed for tricks). That or strippers on their way to work, again, classy joint!! 6). Constant foot traffic through the parking lot of homeless, I suspect due to the bus stop directly in front of the hotel as well as the obvious criminal activity. 7). People living here, lady wheeling her groceries and bicycle into the elevator!! (Really can’t wait to return!!) These were just a few of my observations, there were many many more. Rethink your decision of staying here, for a family stay, business trip, or in my case celebrate an anniversary!!! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
