Great Location

Sep 29th, 2020

The location of the resort was very convenient to the Las Vegas Strip. The resort provided a free shuttle to Harrah's on the strip which we used every day. The resort provides a wrist band that you must get from the sales staff which provides a 10% discount on anything purchased on the resort. However, the 10% was not given or offered at the adult pool for several drinks. So it's probably a good idea to show and ask about the discount. There are nice facilities (market, Starbucks, BBQs) at the resort but due to today's environment their hours and availability were limited. The 2-bedroom suite we were given was nice with a great view of the parking lot. It had a beautiful inviting pool but it was closed due to staffing and COVID (Sad). Final tip, when you pick up your wrist band, beware of the sales pitch. Although they show and claim a no pressure sales, there was a ton of pressure to make the appointment. We would probably return to this resort under normal circumstances, different time of the year because it was still very hot and a different view. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Nice resort close to the strip

Sep 27th, 2020

This is a nice resort close to the strip and the airport. We stayed 2 nights and took the free shuttle to the strip one night. We did not use the pool since we were not in the room during the day and the pool hours were reduced due to Covid. Our room was nice and very clean, did not have a toaster but it wasn't an issue and we probably could have called the front desk for one. Check-in was a little disorganized as we opted for curbside check in but overall okay. We had a 2br condo, they were a little small compared to the Wyndham Flagstaff but it was okay and better than a hotel room! Small washer/dryer in the unit and plenty of hot water. Overall a good experience and I would recommend this resort if you want to be close to the strip but not in the middle of the craziness! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Return Trip 8 years later and Covid

Sep 26th, 2020

We were last at this resort 8 years ago and it is obvious that they do a very good job of refurbishing units over time. Everything in our 2 bedroom condo was updated and in working order. The kitchen is well stocked with dishware and pots/pans for cooking. In this Covid world masks were required at all times on the property, except when at/in the pool. There was very good compliance from guests. Up until the week we were there, reservations needed to be made to use the pool. But we were there at the start of the "off season" so no reservation was needed. Some things, like the hot tubs are still closed. As for Las Vegas itself, it is really just a shell of its former self with all shows closed, restaurants shuttered, etc. But if you want to shelter-in-place with a new view, this is a great place to visit. You can cook all your meals in your suite and enjoy the pool with good social distancing. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
