Great place to stay! If I could give ten stars I would!!👏👍

Dec 4th, 2019

I've stayed here multiple 7 or more times this year for business a few times with my wife and kidos a few by myself I always stay in the king suite. I love the room. Bed room with full shower and garden tub separate from living room with fire place with a full loaded kitchen the bring in any food you want to cook! I love the pool side rooms with a beautiful view of the pool and hot tub next to golf course! Great places to eat very close if you feel like going out (great recommendations from staff)! All ways amazing staff from front desk! (Thank you to Melissa and Nina!👍👍) to manager (Thank you Danielle! 👍👍) to maintenance! Left a small note saying "batteries out in remote and a cover on a ceiling fan came down" for House keeping when I left this morning. Got back this afternoon and all ways fixed! (Thank you Johnny 👍) room was nice and tidy again👍 thank you house keeping!! I stay here every time thanks to the wonderful rooms and very helpful, friendly wonderful staff that always have smiles on that make you welcome Everytime you walk into or through the lobby! I have 3 different business trips coming up this next year and already have my rooms booked! Thanks again for the amazing hospitality!!👍👍👍👍 TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Way to go

Don’t know which one was more excellent the accommodations or the service. Clean, friendly service with outstanding views. Breakfast was also good. We also used the grill one night, staff made sure grill was clean and preheated for us. I would definitely stay again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Thank you for a fantastic weekend!

Nov 4th, 2019

We were part of a large golf group and it was a perfect weekend at this resort. The room was large and very comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were really nice. And each morning we enjoyed a extensive and delicious breakfast. The room was filled with our golfers all at once each morning and the breakfast service was still fast, friendly, and the selection was much more than we expected. Not your typical continental breakfast. The omelettes topped with salsa and home fries were a perfect way to start the day. We will be looking forward to returning next year. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Shockingly awful!

Nov 3rd, 2019

From the disinterested attitude of the front desk clerk to the plastic plates and cutlery in the breakfast room this screams cheap and crappy!!! Our room was huge but the kitchenette poorly equipped, the cupboard door hanging off, the table napkins dirty, the curtains falling off, the screen doors with holes in and so on and so on. The decor is old fashioned and the whole place - while actually quite busy - feels like the land that time forgot. The final insult to guests is the breakfast room - PLASTIC tables and chairs along with plastic plates and knives and forks - it was shocking. I am sure there must be better options than this!! ( In addition the only dinner place is the golf club which is also pretty bad.) TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Just What The Doctor Ordered

Oct 28th, 2019

This past summer I hit the Trifecta: I am a Multiple Myeloma (incurable Blood/Bone Cancer) & Parkinson’s patient. In August, I had a stroke. That’s pretty much the medical equivalent of the Trifecta. We needed to get away after weeks in the hospital and my eventual recovery, so we pulled up stakes and came west to visit an old friend. We went on Trip Advisor and found the Canoa Ranch Resort, which was only a couple of miles drive to our friend’s place. Since we had no way of checking it out ourselves, we were a little apprehensive, but needn’t have worried. It was perfect for us. The room was very nice, spacious enough for my wheelchair, well-appointed, and the view of the mountains was beautiful. A huge surprise awaited us at the complementary breakfast. Everything is cooked to-order and the omelettes were to die for (perhaps not the best choice of words for me, but still...). The rooms were kept immaculate, the service was first-rate, and the price was reasonable. Should you need a place to get away to where the air is clean, the land open and free, and the view tranquil, you cannot do better than the Canoa Ranch Resort - It’s just what the doctor ordered.
