Excellent Customer Service

Great stay. Clean rooms. Danielle at the front office was especially helpful from booking to check out. She was great to work with and we loved her dedication to making sure our crew felt welcomed! Would definitely recommend this as a visit! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

A couple weeks ago, I got married at the resort. The outside patio is perfect for a wedding venue as it has a fire pit, fireplace, barbecue grill and you can utilize a nice covered area as a bar. The lighting Brian had installed keeps it well lit at night. Brian, Danielle and the front desk staff were wonderful in helping coordinate and help ensure covid guidelines were in place for the safety of our guests. Our friends and families were blown away by the views of the mountains and golf course. All of our guests booked the one bedroom suites and were stunned with how large the suites are along with the views from their room. Many of the guests even extended their stay to enjoy the pool and the breakfast included with the stay another day. The suites are essentially a condo and have a full sized kitchen, fireplace, large garden bathtub and even a washer and dryer included. All in all a wonderful venue, great staff and beautiful resort! Beautiful Resort but not Clean

This resort is located in a beautiful area and the suite was quite spacious. The main disappointment for me, was the cleanliness. There were some stains on the bathroom walls and light switch, and also on the walls in the living room near the lower bar area. This made me kind of disgusted during our stay, as the obvious places that were seen that should of been cleaned, were not. Unfortunately, we are not coming back here. This review would have received all five stars, if someone just took the time to clean decently!!! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Decent stay at Canoa Ranch Golf Resort
Oct 3rd, 2020
My experience at Canoa Ranch Golf Resort was pretty good. I was visiting the resort with my Aunt and Mother. We had a Two Bedroom Suite (One King, Two Queens) in Building 6. The suite was spacious; alot of space throughout each room. I liked how they basically supplied all you need in the suite as far as appliances are concerned(fully equipped kitchen with oven, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, and washer/dryer in the suite). It was clean overall but there was a huge juice stain on the Living Room floor. I could tell that it happened recently because you could literally smell the juice still. Not sure how much they really tried to lift that stain before giving us that suite. The view from the Living Room was nice. Our view was of the mountains. Be sure to request a particular view, if you have a preference. I didn't know to do this and ended up getting a view that I didn't want (I wanted a pool view). I assumed that the Two Bedroom Suites had a pool view due to multiple pictures and videos I'd seen online showcasing the Two Bedroom Suite with a pool view only. And I also was initially unaware that there was a resort building that wasn't near the pool at all (Building 6). The bedrooms were decent in size and cleanliness. However, the view from the second bedroom (Queen/Queen) is basically non existent. You are literally facing a super small courtyard space with someone else's window facing yours. Not much privacy there. We kept the curtains shut the whole time we were there. The hallways in Building 6 were pretty clean. The elevator was a bit slow but that's understandable in older resort buildings. No noise issues within the building; it seemed pretty soundproof as we did not hear the neighboring guests. The swimming pool needed some cleaning. Lots of bugs and debris that could be easily removed if they had a pool attendant to clean the pool. Also, since the pool area wasn't really being monitored, there were way too many people in the pool area at one time during this pandemic season. Most resort has staff that monitors and limits how many people can be in their pool but they didn't have any staff out there. I had to come to the pool early in the morning when it first opened to be able to enjoy the pool while still socially distancing. The breakfast area was decent. Tables were distanced and pretty clean. I thought maybe they could have done a better job at somehow enclosing the area where they prepared the food because you basically could walk right up to the general area while they were making breakfast...lots of open air and opportunity for contamination. Overall, it was a decent stay. I would only return after the pandemic is over and request a pool view this time around, of course. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

The facility was awesome, clean and updated. We had a group of over 30 for our annual Golf Tournament. Danielle Majalca coordinated our event again and it was spectacular. Danielle helped with room reservations, COVID precautions, communications, and any other questions we had. She was very responsive. We also had a lot of help from Johnny, the site engineer, in getting our room accommodations set up, tables chairs ice and refuse pickup to make our weekend more enjoyable. The staff is so professional and courteous. We are looking forward to next year already. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
