Not happy, be careful if your considering looking at their timeshare
Jan 4th, 2021
I had booked a resort originally staying at the property on Royal. Given the covid, I had already had to change this once. I called today and they tried to move me to this property but said I would need to complete my stay by the end of April or pay to have it changed. The alternative is to give up my two hundred dollar deposit. I would have changed the dates but the agent wanted me to pay the tax of an additional $47.00 and not knowing if travel will be safe in April? I asked for a supervisor but I was refused, so much for being a Diamond Member at Wyndham. This was part a promo that required a timeshare tour. I have not completed my travel but I wanted to warn others. I will update if I travel in April. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Close to the French Quarter but far enough to be quiet~

I loved our stay at Club Wyndham La Belle Maison. They were great all the way around, the security guys, the parking attendants, they were amazing, helpful and friendly. Our room was amazingly clean, and spacious. I would definitely stay here again if I ever travel to New Orleans again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Easy Street Walking :)
Mar 13th, 2020
Only a few blocks to the French Quarter and Bourbon Street. The one bedroom was a nice size living area, while the two bedroom was rather snug. The one bdm had dining for 4; the 2 bdm dining for 6. The rooms have efficiency kitchen with NO COOKTOPS. Some rooms have outside view, and some are interior Hall windows. Bathroom vanities were 3'. Valet parking is REQUIRED, and vehicles are parked 5 blocks away! There is an open courtyard with the smallest garden pool I've ever seen, hot tub adjacent (inside) also quite small and VERY STEAMY. There's a small exercise area and sauna too. Laundry facilities are available for free use. Mid-day has complimentary snack service several days a week. Most of the little groceries nearby were basically convenience stores. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Girl's Week In NOLA
Mar 10th, 2020
I am a Wyndham owner, but did not book through them because it was a last-minute idea and there was no availability through them. However, I chose this place because of reviews from other owners, as well as the centralized location to most everything. A word of advice for anyone taking a cab from the airport: Don't have the cab drop you off after hours at the Gravier Street entrance. That door opens to the main lobby, but is locked at 10pm and only accessible by keycard. We stood in the dark with our suitcases ringing the bell and pounding on the door for at least a full 5 minutes before anyone would let us in, although there were people at the desk who glanced our way occasionally. Gravier Street is very dark at night, and we had never been there before, so it was uncomfortable to say the least. Once we were checked in things improved. Yummy cookies in the lobby. Our room was a 1-bedroom suite. The windows looked to the hallway - none to the outside - but it was very bright and cheerful. Suite was very spacious, with an apartment sized refrigerator, microwave, everything one would need for a kitchen - except a stove, which we wouldn't have used anyway. If a stove is important to you, ask first. I know all Wyndham beds are comfortable. I gave mine up to my friend and slept on the pull-out couch bed, which wasn't bad as these beds go. After the first night we left the bed open every day and there was still plenty of room . There is coffee every day on the 2nd floor lounge area, complete with several kinds of flavored creamers, as well as tea. The valet area has a full popcorn machine until late in the day. Lobby has flavored iced tea and infused ice water. The 4th floor laundry has several full sized machines available free to use. There is a nice work-out area, indoor hot tub, and a "pool" which is outside but looks like it's inside because it is surrounded by the building. Very small. More of a soaking pool than swimming pool. Still a pleasant area to relax. Pool towels available in the area. I've read on here that attraction tickets are heavily discounted through the concierge, and that is true, however we were told to access the discount we were required to attend either a "free" breakfast or lunch meeting. Not sure if that is true for everyone. We weren't going to do it, but the weather predicted an entire day of rain, so we signed up. The lunch was good, and the meeting would have ended in the promised hour had I not asked questions. (My bad). We booked 3 tours through them at a much lower price. Very walkable to the French Quarter, the waterfront and the Central Business District. I'd recommend Creole House Restaurant for any meal. Less than a 5 minute walk. Share with a friend. Their portions are huge. We were here for an entire week and only used a cab to and from the airport. We bought a 3-day hop-on hop-off bus ticket which took us everywhere we wanted to go. See Mardi Gras World too - they have a free shuttle. Looking forward to my trip back here. Loved it! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
CAN'T GET ANY BETTER THAN LA BELLE
Feb 20th, 2020
First timer to NOLA, conceierge staff was amazing giving helpful insight about the local 'haunts', attractions, and special deals for guests. Wait to buy tickets until getting to the resort as they have deep discounts for everything available. Nice 1 bedroom unit with floor to ceiling windows. The resort has a limited number of rooms with windows so request this when booking. Super comfortable beds, complete with body pillows! Easy check in/out, pampering by bell and valet services so you never touch your luggage. There is a daily fee for parking. Location, location, location! Easy walking to nearly anywhere you'd need to go but the street car and bus service can take you anywhere else for 1.25 each way...recommend picking one day to leave the French Quarter and get the day pass for $3 and hop on/off all over the area.
