Best hotel in Vegas

Jul 5th, 2020

Even with the current mask order, we found Wynn Las Vegas to be incredibly clean and the staff to be incredibly helpful and forceful when needed regarding the implementation of the mask order. Food was world class. The pool area was probably a little bit more crowded than it should have been at times, but the resort was clearly doing their best. Overall, Wynn is still Wynn and we had an amazing week there. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Terrible Treatment

Jul 5th, 2020

We come to Vegas 3-4 times per year. I stayed here when it first opened. I will never stay here again or give one penny of my money to the Wynn. First off, we ended up going over to The Venetian most of our 5 day trip. At least there, they appreciate customers. Usually that is my hotel of choice. The Wynn acts like their customers are an inconvenience. They are completely rude and inconsiderate. I will not stay at a place that is this level, that treats the customers like they do. When we checked in, I asked the front desk clerk if she was happy to be back at work. The answer was, “she really liked her time off and wasn’t thrilled that she was back”. We had an incident that happened in the elevator lobby and when I asked for security, the door men at the elevator lobby called after they witnessed the entire incident, and basically just watched the entire event that happened. They did not ask the other party to wait until security came and let them go on to the room. When I asked the next day for an incident report, I talked to a manager at the front desk. She assured me the management that was on duty would be calling me and I would receive a report on what occurred! No call either and they had my cell phone number. I was also told that nothing could be pulled up in cameras, because there were not cameras in the elevator lobby. I walked back again and there are cameras everywhere! Just let me say, Wynn security does not care-so you are on your own! They were afraid to handle the situation, because they are like everyone else right now, where they are not going to upset, “those that are privileged and entitled”! The other party had their phones out during the incident, so it will be coming soon to a UTube channel! We went to Mizumi and the staff was extremely abrupt. They made my husband go change his shoes and meanwhile, the other two of us were sat in the restaurant! We ordered our drinks while we waited on my husband. As soon as he entered the restaurant, and came to the seat, the waiter wanted to know his drink and what he wanted to eat! No time to even look at the menu. Just not courteous at all. Never even described the menu to us or went over the choices and how they were prepared. They are only seating your party at the TeppanYaki portion of the restaurant, so I feel it is rushed to get people through quicker. On a positive, the chef was great. Also, housekeeping was on par and rooms were spotless. They clean the rooms daily, even with the virus scare. Everything as far as housekeeping was superb. Buffet is open, but they bring the food to your table as you order. Our waitress at the buffet was amazing. Needless to say, I was very unhappy with this property, employee attitudes and the overall negativity here. Unfortunately, it seems as the staff really is not happy to be back at work. Good place. Went with kids during COVID-19

Jul 4th, 2020

Went during COVID-19. They have a lot of safety precautions and take temperatures and require masks and limit capacity at public spaces. The room was clean. We had two kids and it was kid friendly enough. The gardens and waterfalls are beautiful. If you get a good deal it’s a great place. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Jun 30th, 2020

It is clean, well maintained, One of the first Lasvegas Strip Casinos to implement mask for workers, sanitizers everywhere and a good contingency for the prevention of the virus. Clean and new rooms, good modern designing, overall great ambience. *you can use The Alexa feature in controlling your room drapes, temperature, music, lighting and so much more. Great addition! We visited Vegas for a few days after staying in Arizona with family. Wynn was simply the most amazing hotel I have ever stayed in. Absolute luxury and we had the most incredible view from our room! We can’t wait to be back hopefully next year! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
