It was a terrible experience

I had stayed at 5 nights at this hotel and the staff was totally unfriendly and also so rude. And also I would like to tell you a little experience with the car parking and rude attitude of the staff. We parked our car not to closed-park just in front of the hotel where there is enough place and yes it was free. When we try to check out and asked the guy please take our luggage to our car (there are ski gear and we needed help) and he did not helped us, furthermore yelled us that we did not use the payed car park so he cannot help us. Oh my god, it is 5 star hotel and look at this attitude. They do not smile, they are rude and also very very unfriendly. Go another place and save your money guys! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Two Star Hostel Service delivered in a five-star hotel in design. This hotel is poorly managed, and all employees lack training in service and customer empathy. Front desk, waiters, cleaning, ski shop to valet personal made several mistakes or provided less than expected service. We stayed in the Coco Suite. I am a Lifetime Titanium Bonvoy Member. Traveling with my wife and two kids (7 and 13). Examples: - Our room was not cleaned one of five nights - Trash can in the kitchen was not emptied during our stay, and the kitchen surface not cleaned. - Dishwasher did not work, after a day's delay, they tried to fix it, but did not succeed. Dirty dishes were left in the zink for two days. No dishes/pans were cleaned during our stay. - The waiter forgot our order during our first night's dinner in the restaurant, leaving us to wait for 30 min. - For breakfast, the waiters did not seat us, we could sit where ever, and no one actively asks us for our coffee orders. So every morning we had to sit there and wait for their attention. - Our car was parked with their valet parking. Twice I asked for my car at the front desk and was told they would bring it right up. Then stood outside in the cold for 10 minutes right outside where the front desk could see us. Eventually walking in to ask for my car, being told that there was no one to bring it up yet. So knowing this, they left my family and me out in the cold. I then asked for the key and got the car myself. - When struggling to carry our skis to and from the shuttle to the ski shop, the employees just watched. - We asked for help with booking ski school for the kids and were told they would take care of it. The next morning they had not booked anything, but we were told we could just go and ask the ski instructors (which proved not to be the way to do it). Wasting further time. These are just a few examples, there was a constant lack of attention to details, service, and customer experience. Which proves that service does not arrive with a nice building. The Zhero Group lacks customer service culture. Last year we stayed at the W hotel in Verbier, and they beat Zhero in ALL aspects of customer service. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Nice place, friendly staff & good accomodation

Me and my friend stayed at this place for six nights and it was awesome. All the staff is there to help you they are really friendly and professional. They have a shuttle service that will take you in the city and at the slopes at what hour you like. The entire place has a luxury design the music in the restaurant it’s really nice and the drinks at the bar are awesome. The owner has a restaurant in Ischgl and you can book a table directly from the concierge. Me and my friends had an awesome time and will definitely come back! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

From the reception, to the lobby lounge with fireplace to the pool, a perfect design hotel. The breakfast is really the best start into the day here, the whole team is super nice and helpful. The bar (in the lounge) has a competent and very friendly team and completes the comfortable design of the lounge with open fireplace. Pool and sauna are located in the basement and really don't need daylight. The design and layout make it a relaxing experience. A place to be - a place to stay. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
