In addition to nearby restaurants and bars – including the popular Sunset Ashram – Cala Comte also has a parking area for travelers visiting the beach by car (though recent visitors said it fills up fast). #1 Es Vedra
According to legend, Es Vedra – a small, rocky island located off the west coast of Ibiza – was once home to the sea nymphs and sirens who sought to entice Ulysses in Homer's "Odyssey." Others say that it's the tip of the lost city of Atlantis. Whatever the case, Es Vedra does seem to possess magical qualities, especially as the sun sets behind it – at least that's what travelers say after experiencing it.
Recent travelers said that the views of Es Vedra at sunset were worth all the traffic it took to reach the lookout point at the Cala d'Hort beach, calling it lovely – and even magical.
